This place changes personnel like changing socks! They have such high turnover it’s ridiculous! Your cases gets tossed around by everyone, paperwork gets lost that you sent in, once it’s renewal time you send your docs and they don’t sent nothing to DHS. Later you get mail notifications that about non approvals because paperwork was not sent in. Since we have invested money in here is the only reason we staying but I don’t recommend this place.

This office is something. First off Thank God we were able to get my husbands green card approved with all they did. The day i went to pick up my file because the case was closed, I had a filling to go through it. Well little did i know I found out they had put down that my husband illegally entered the United States in 2009 which is not true we told them it was 2003. This was on a lletter they had him write down his story on how he made it to here. I also found that in my letter that I had written down on how it will affect me if he was to be deported, they had the nerve to say that our first born isn't his but loves him as his own. I was like wata hell. We didn't see the letter after they were typed we were assuming they were the sane letters we had written and they were never shown to us. Also in my son's certificate my husband is not in it because when i had him we weren't legally merried but did merried 5 months later and we asked the lawyer if it mattered if he wasn't there and they said no it's fine. So I'm assuming that's how they made up those stories but we been together since 2008 and they didn't think about that when they had pictures of us with that date. So yeah thank god the immigration officers didn't question that because i wouldn't know what would of happened with our case. Also the office is just bad service they don't call you back nor answer your calls. They only have money in there heads. They juat want there money and don't care about their customers. So BEWARE don't go for their service!!!!

I had wished there was a review less than 1 Star available. The lawyers set-up a phone consultation with me at 1:30pm on 8/28/19, but never called me. I followed-up with a voicemail, and then finally spoke to an assistant. Whom, then stated that this law firm does not take Bond Hearing Cases, when clearly, their website contradicts otherwise. Not to mention, I had one assistant call me less than 24 hours prior to my consultation appointment, and never stated these services are not provided by this law firm. Why set-up an appointment for me when the lawyers won't take on these types of cases? I highly recommend Not using this law firm. They are very Unprofessional. Wasted my time!

We hired this firm for my husbands case. well two years later still haven't completed what we initially went in for. We were never asked about previous information as far as my husband background. The lawyers dont do any research of their own. A few days before our appt with immigration we had to figure out another plan for my husband case. Never did they ask for previous documents of any sort. You go to a lawyer wanting legal help and these people asume you should know everything about the case just because it's familiar to them. I got attitude from the "lead assistant" for asking on the status of my husband case. I made it clear to her that I wouldn't be asking so many questions if I got a clear answer in the first place instead of a big run around. And just to get a response for any type of question you have, you'll wait 48 hrs sometimes longer and just hope they aren't bothered with your questions! Save your money go elsewhere! Worst customer service ever!

You can't get good customer service here. They are way too busy. I had an initial consultation with them. I should have known by how I got transferred on the phone and put on hold repeatedly that this should have been a place to avoid. I waited almost an hour for my appointment in an office lobby that was so crowded it was difficult to find a seat. After my consultation (didn't choose them because their fees are so high) I started getting a barrage of text messages. I never signed up for any text messages and I don't have many text messages available on my cell phone plan. I texted back to stop, still text messages. I called the office. Couldn't get through to anyone of course, so I am still getting text messages. I even warned that I am going to have to make a complaint to the Arizona State Bar and I am still getting text messages. Looks like I will have no recourse but to appeal to the bar. Got another two text messages today.

Very busy & not personable , lack organization.When we met with the lawyer he was very rushing & only met with us for 5 minutes. Which effected our case , he missed some things . Which would saved us a lot of time . He told us our case was resolvable & easy . We gave a down payment (which was later reimbursed)Then we go to a second appointment & go over with the paralegal to fill out paperwork & she said they made a mistake in not catching info that they should of caught in the beginning , She said that there's nothing we can do.
