I was in a car accident two days after Christmas with my 16 year old son. I did not know if I needed an attorney. Talked to Paula she told me to think about it and gave me the pro and con's, so I decided to keep them. She was a awsome case manger made me feel comfortable. I had a lot of questions she answered them in a way i could understand. She even took my calls after i was not on her case load if i did not understand something. I give her 5 stars if I could. It has been a long process I don't know if I would say it's been Smooth. My case worker changed and that has been difficult and why I did not give a 5 star review. I also feel that my case could and should have been closed a couple weeks ago I am still in the dark of when it is going to close. I have been told that is due to a bill that they are trying to get reduced and not getting a response to. I am not a expert but feel that this situation could be handled better. I personally call the company and ask them to fax the response to my Attorney becuase they have not received an answer. They should have an person in office handling medical reduction only. My request was sent in on May 22nd it is June 6th and case manger Lucy says thier nothing. I guess with this being the first Law suit I have ever been evolved in I wonder if I am getting the best service or should I went with someone else. They take my calls and very nice just wonder if this is typical to feel like every body is just not moving as fast as you would or it is not as important to them as it is to you.

Not professional enough to check for conflicts of interest before taking cases. I lost these guys as representation 8 days into my claim because they also decided to represent the woman that t boned me in on coming traffic. I had photos and she was at fault.

After several months of being bounced around and no support, except a monthly call to say they were "working" my case with no details provided suddenly, in one hour they deemed me to be an unacceptable client for a slip and fall case against a major corporation and advised they would mail my original paperwork back. After 30 days with no paperwork received I call and find they spelled my street name wrong even though there were several medical bills with my address provided as well as the paperwork I filled out. I can not recommend this firm.

!!!!!!WARNING!!!!! OMG seriously don't use these guys!!! The commercials sound good but it's just all gas. They have HORRIBLE HORRIBLE communication issues (attorney-client) and they're ALWAYS LYING about the attorney being "out of the office." The receptionists who answer the phones will ask you all kind of questions to "help" you get an answer to your question or issue but then end up just transferring you to someone's voicemail!! ALWAYS! It's rare you can call and speak to your attorney ASSIGNED TO YOUR CASE!! In the beginning, when they want you to hire them, they're all great and friendly, then they leave you out in the cold for a year or more until they're ready to give you the check for the FUNKY little bit of money you could've just got straight from dealing with the insurance company. They'll make you completely waste your time going to THEIR doctors for weeks and weeks of physical therapy JUST TO GET THE CHIROPRACTOR SOME $$$$$. I'll never use them again. Ever... Aaannnddd since I guess Google wont let me respond to your response, I guess I'll "edit" my review and respond... Sooo call you for what Mr. Rowe?? Just to be transferred to someone's voicemail?? My case is settled, over and done. I used you once and learned a lifelong lesson. You don't get a SECOND chance to make a FIRST impression. I know you're lawyers but I'm pretty sure you're still human. Do better.

Call the number on the commercials or just come see them. It took about almost 2 years to come to a closing for my case, but that’s reasonable. Hence I was in a motor vehicle accident. Nothing happens over night, but all in all I’d recommend them to anyone with an injury.

hello i dont normally write reveiws but after this really bad experience its my duty to inform others what not to get themselves scewed like i was anyways i am a successfull hollywood producer writer and i was dragged down main street in my mercedes roadster and slammed head on into lightpost sustained broken teeth and mercedes emblem burned into my arm after 28000 in medical dental and plastic surgery and 1200 out of pocket expence and 20000 in lost income they got me 9000 so you be the judge so i fired them and they billed me 5000 for 6 phone calls and about 10 hrs of doc prep so they charge 1000 per hr so do not hire this firm you will regret it
