I was very pleased with their services. Frank and Amy were very accommodating. They made sure that they took their time and adequate steps to ensure the best result possible. It was a lengthy process, but they made sure that I was informed every step of the way. They were always on top of every issue that arose in my case. I was very impressed to find that Frank was willing to sacrifice part of his earnings to make sure I was adequately compensated for my injuries. I would highly recommend Schlehofer Law Offices to anyone needing representation in personal injury cases. Hopefully I won't ever need a personal injury attorney, but if I do, he will be my first call.

I fell on some liquid on the floor in holiday super store. Coffee everywhere.. 2 years of therapy . Only got about 6 grand after bills but that’s much more then this shlehofer guy could have acquired. He didn’t want to touch my case. So your better off finding somebody else . If it’s not high profile he will turn his nose up at you

Currently I am resident of Texas but grew up 23 years in Alaska. My mom moved back last year and was in a car accident soon after. She was 79 and pretty overwhelmed with all the hospital and decisions that came with it. I looked on line to find someone to help her deal with issues so she could concentrate on recovery. Frank and Melia met my mom got her started with the whole claim process but the worst case scenario happen and she passed away 15 days later. As it turned out I am the one who needed the help. Frank and Melia helped me not only through a terrible time but at long distance. They were patient, methodical and most important to me very honest and straight forward. It was a long process but they made themselves available and helped me and my brother in everyday possible. In the end they went way beyond expectations. I have to include Anna in this because at time she was always the first person I talked to when calling in and she always remembered me. That's so nice when one is going through stuff like this. It just tells you a lot about how they like their office to run. I am so grateful to Frank, David & especially Melia.

From beginning to end, both Frank and Amy Duvall were professional and caring with my situation. They were always on top of everything, always kept in good contact with me, and made the process of getting my settlement back when I needed it, painless and urgent. Though I hope I may never have to go through another vehicle accident, but you never know, this is the only place I will and I will be recommending them to people in the future. I don't recommend at all. They basically told me I don't have a big enough claim with them. My car was totaled out and me and my child suffered bad whiplash and still dealing with side effects from that and still not a case big enough. I was told when I get an MRI or see a specialist to submit that info lol I'm like why would I do that if your not taking on the case??? Don't bother this company if your not going to make them big bucks cause your waisting your time

Going to have to agree with the one star reviews. Called in and did the intake, got a callback from Frank who basically told me he was not interested in the case and referred me to the free referral system here in Anchorage. At first I was impressed he called me back personally, then he told me to hurry and find some because the statute of limitations was running out. Ya I knew that, thanks Frank!!!

Frank and his team walked us through every step of the process with kindness and understanding. Their knowledge and persistence allowed us to get a max settlement offer and they worked with the va to minimize the amount we gave to the va. I can’t say one bad thing about this law firm. I thought the slogan “ Get the offer with Schlehofer” was corny but it is absolutely on point. I would recommend anyone with an injury claim to seek them out. No one will work harder for you than them. Thank you so much to Frank and Natalie for all your hard work and seeing our claim theough to the end.

Had walked in with a strong pedestrian vs vehicle case as a victim and was told off stated that they couldn't help us and wouldn't clarify a very specific reason but instead gave me a bunch of different referrals through some odd phone number. Won't be using services here and don't recommend them.
