Went thru the Darryl Thompson a couple years ago after my not at fault head on car accident with an AK Cab van that shattered my heel and injured my fiances spine. During the whole process my fiance and I had to practically do all the leg work that we were paying the INCOMPETENT attorney for. He lliterally never once took us serious" we constantly had to call hospitals and insurance companies to keep them in sync with the attorney. He did about $5,000 worth of work but got paid 6 times that.. "Whenever I saw him he had his legs kicked up on his desk relaxing." When it was time to collect the settlement I was pretty much forced to accept the first offer, and as soon as Darryl got his cut of the settlement he just completely stops working on our case and pretty much ignored us so long that my fiances bills from the car wreck went to credit collections and screwed her credit. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this law practice to anyone who has serious issues, because they are not serious about helping...

Nope!!!! I had around $500,000 + in assets that I soley paid for during my marriage. Darrell Thompson was my representing lawyer. I walked away with: assets = 2 old snowmachines and a 1983 motor home. A quarto retirement was my gift, that I may never see. To top it off, his paralegle (Michelle) was willing to sell my grandmothers house for my ex, she did real-estate on the side. I lost everything. Unethical, lazy, pampas. I lost everything and paid him. Please don't do the same.
