This firm is by far the best that we’ve worked with. We had bad luck with our first attorney for a custody situation for my husbands oldest child. We were fortunate to reach out and hire on this firm and we couldn’t be more happy. First we know price is always a factor on hiring on an attorney, but there work is worth the price. Second they work really well with their clients as long as there is good communication on payments. Second, the communication with all staff has and is phenomenal! Anytime we’ve reached out they are able and willing to get us in for a chat, or accept emails directly. Which is great and we are always in the loop on anything! Paid them 1091.50 to write a custody agreement proposal. One piece of paper. My current attorney has done so much more and helped me obtain custody. My attorney said $1000 to write a proposal is a scandal. I do not recommend this firm.

Pallenberg. Pallenberg, decided not to follow the State of Alaska's Merrill Factors, and awarded the defendant an unusually large percentage of the Marital Estate.
