I know that filing a lawsuit takes time, but do not use Vance Law Firm. It's one thing to wait on paperwork, but it's bad when they tell you they're waiting on paperwork that they had told you earlier was already in. Caseworkers and Lawyers are never in the office. I spoke to my caseworker(the only person that could give me detailed information about my case) twice since the half a year I been working with them. They are running an office of receptionist. Just saying if you want the job done don't hire them.

Did our family lawsuit in an accident. He was great. Only thing to be aware of is will call you and stay in the phone for an entire hour talking your case then about random stuff so he can bill you for the entire hour (all of our conversations lasted exactly an hour before he "had to go"). Just be careful about that. Everything else went great

Garbage! After they sign you...you will only talk to a secretary (case worker) that doesn't know anything. If they get any push back from the other side they fold and drop you. This firm just works volume easy cases and low ball payouts!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM YOU WILL REGRET Bad customer service, no comunication with the client..... it's been more than 1 1/2 year and still waiting been over 6 months I haven't get a call from them for updates they are liars they tell you one thing but times continues tu pass by and nothing I'm 3 months away from due date of expiration and still nothing WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND CAN TELL YOU DONT DO IT BECAUSE YOU WILL BE GOING THRU WHAT IM GOING THRU
