I lost my dad in 1968 and have the death certificate with proof and date of diagnosis and date of death which they will not accept. I have to get a 50 year old pathology report and xrays from my local hospital. What a joke.... glad you other people had a great experience or maybe they pay for 5 star reviews.

Overall, they handled the case effectively. There was some miscommunication in the beginning but after having a physical sit-down with the lawyer we had a better understanding on how the process works. It took us just short of one week to the year after we the accident to settled and, I was still in question about a lot of things. When it was time to close the case, I believe that things could have been way finished sooner. I would recommend them for guiding you through your 1st case, just ask a lot of questions and make sure you walk away knowing what you're in for. After that, If you are in another accident (which I hope you won't have), just deal with the adjuster yourself and make sure you play it smart and don't be greedy **PLEASE BE ADVISED, the lawyer(s) fee(s) and other expenses (literally the paper they use, copies they make, demand package, etc.), are two VERY different cost that will be deducted from your settlement amount** Good Luck!

It was a good experience but it was a long process. The staff was friendly and courteous. Just make sure the other driver does not have liability only. It was a little nerve wrecking to have a change of attorneys at one point but other than that Mr. Jackson did a great job. They will continue to push for you and they will not give up on your case. I am appreciative of the work that was done even if it was not as much as I was expecting but it was enough to get my medical bills paid and not have a ding on my credit score. Absolutely Unethical. My wife and I trusted Norris Injury Lawyers after our car accident because they appeared to be very professional & family oriented. I'm a Christian and a veteran. I try my best to always care about others so I'm writing this review at the risk of hurting my case further but I dont want anyone else to go through this. For almost 2 years they communicated here there but didnt seem in any hurry to close our case. So about a month before the statue of limitations was up on our cases they told us they had an offer and it was disgustingly low like $3000 for a back injury I deal with every day of my life. This didnt even include legal fees or medical Bill's. So of course I didn't accept about a week later I get a letter that the young Norris on my case has given my case to another lawyer in the firm. That lawyer tries to get the price up and seems to actually atleast try especially with the deadline coming up. He gets the price up some and see if we could settle if he can get us close to a certain number. It was still lower than I think we deserved especially since I see this injury still affecting me for a long time to come, but not to go to court I was being reasonable. This new lawyer finally calls us into the office to go over the numbers which he had already estimated around the amount he thought he could get us to after fees etc. So we thought this would be a good closing meeting. We find out he is new to the firm which I was ok with if you willing to fight for us. The numbers he gave us in the meeting was drastically lower than what we discussed over the phone and Norris was actually getting way more than us after the fees. Basically he wanted to see if we would settle with us walking away with almost nothing despite what he told us over the phone. He also had us tell him our whole story over again after we had just written our story out to him days before which took me 12 hours to write it was so detailed. I thought he cared about us and understood why we couldnt settle at that price since it cost me way more than that just to take care of myself some for the injury. He said he was going to go ahead file the lawsuit since the limitation was coming up next week. Well I just got a letter in the mail. They gave my case to another law firm who filed the lawsuit on my behalf. A law firm I know nothing about. They didnt even have the decency to tell me. They waited to the statue of limitations to actually do something. I have a business degree I'm not so ignorant to not understand when something has been done unethically. I can tell now they just wanted me to settle so they get their money (again it was higher then what we would walk away with) and not do any work. The lawyer was new and he told us he hadn't done a case with them yet. So it's not like he was so busy he couldnt go to court. I feel lied to confused on what to do next. I'm past my statue of limitations, may have to talk to a firm I dont know, and I dont even know if another lawyer can take my case this late in the game and what are my chances of winning if I can. I feel discarded which just adds to the suffering me and my family already going through. We could of went with someone else if they wasnt going to fight for us. We still could of went if they didnt wait until the last minute. I'm risking our own case I know but I love people and dont want to see anyone else get hurt like us. God bless you and I hope you find a good lawyer to help. Honestly maybe smarter to talk the insurance company up yourself if that's all they are going to do. Any lawyer can settle by making a few phone calls but when it's time to fight you find out their true colors. We were absolutely lied to more than once. We may have to have litigation against our own lawyer. Disgusting.

You can go with any law firm and all may tell you they'll get you much money but, all lawyers knows Alabama's State Laws when it comes down to what those state laws shall give to any case. Norris will listen then to kelp from wasting your time and theirs they'll out and be honest with you and just tell you if you have a good case or if there's no case there. That's being honest.

Waste of time to call and the woman kept thinking I was interrupting I guess because the phone lines were messed up. After my explaination I realized she didn't hear half of what I said and told me they couldn't help in a long drawn out spill about this and that. Waste of time and I felf that she could have that without being rude. Also if she had let me speak she would have understood what I was asking but yet she assumed she knew what I was asking

I would not go with them. They took 2 yrs and they trired to rush to finish up the case. All in all as a victim I got screwed and the Justice these lawers gave me were 0 starts. I would have given a 0 if I could. They take too much money out of your check. To me they are con artist in their own form. 2 yrs waiting for justice that I never gotten. My other attorney gave me justice and he closed case quicker. Dont go to these guys. Sure they are nice, thats how they succker you in.
