Mr. NeSmith assisted us with a change of status for my husband. We were able to obtain his legal permanent resident status faster than i imagined was possible. Since that time, we have had to contact Mr. NeSmith regarding renewing the green card and we are beginning the citizenship process. I have always found Mr. NeSmith to be knowledgeable and professional.

I approached the Smith Jr to discuss the issues with immigration of my dependents. The attorney didn't have enough experience in the area in which I was looking for advice. Luckily I did enough research on my own before approaching them. Attorney was ready to discuss the problem and spent close to 45 minutes with me and often referred online documentation to study my problem. In the end it looked like I went there to give advice to him as I was more knowledgeable in the area where I sought advice. What I was expecting was a follow up email communication to clear my outstanding questions for which he couldn't provide any suggestions at that time. I have sent an email with my questions, but I didn't get any reply yet.
