Steve & Fred were both extremely helpful in assiting me through a dispute with Geico Insurance company (over the diminished value of my vehicle after one of their insured rear ended my 7 month old car). Steve & Fred immediately contacted me when I left a message requesting their services by first directing me to a licensed appraiser with whom they provided me the contact information for. After presenting that to Geico, they (Geico) still were $3k away from where the appraisal indicated we should be. With Fred & Steve’s guidance on what to tell Geico, we were able to settle the claim for the amount I felt had been justified by the appraisal & did so avoiding going to court. They are knowledgeable, prompt, easy to talk to & extremely friendly. I definitely recommend contacting their firm if you are looking for an attorney to assist you with any issues you may have. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do-they are who I will be using!

I want to take the time to thank Fred Moore III for his excellent service and compassion. Recently my son was in a very serious car accident and even when it was evident that there was no money to recover or medical payments to be collected, Fred still went out of his way to work with our insurance company. He ensured the witness statement and my son's statement was correctly taken and recorded, he even went out to the scene of the accident and monitored the flow of traffic and light sequence, and then wrote a letter to my insurance company advising the direction that he felt the way liability assignment needed to be handled based on the police report, the witness statement & my son's statement. This is all work my insurance company who I pay very high premiums to should have done, but they were not going to do anything to help us. Fred did not have to do any of this as there was nothing in it for him but he did it out of kindness. I don't know of many lawyers that would work for free. I highly recommend Moore Law Firm. Thank you Fred for all of your help, no offense but we hope not to need your services again LOL; but if we do we will be sure to call you and continue to recommend you. The Moore law firm is the best firm in mobile Alabama in my opinion . I was rear ended bye a non insured and was injured. My insurance company told me they would only pay for my medical bills. Not the 4 months I had to spend out of work. The Moore law firm was quick to help me in anyway they could. Everyone sees these big law firs on billboards and t.v. ,but they don't tell you they take more of your settlement then you get. NOT the Moore law firm. I will always have peace of mind knowing Steve and his firm are on my side.
