I Was told no when I was looking for reprensentation. Apparently the person who was sueing me at the time is a GREAT FRIEND .(well that's what this lawyer told me) told me that the lawyer who was sueing me goes to his church. The both of them served on the bar together. So if he's sueing you and you are looking for a lawyer to stand by you in court. Well sorry to tell you but it won't be me. Thanks for coming and have a nice day. Such a total waste of my time....

I reviewed my issue to know it was time to take legal action and I choice McPhillips because I seen good reviews and I read some of his book and it said he's for the underdog. Here I am like this is the perfect someone to help me and my co workers get what we deserved. He was nice on pushing everything I said to the side and opening the door for me to go. I felt like giving up when he passed me that empty business card. I'm mad real mad. Personally I think he don't want to help me because of that plaque on the wall with the gold shovel I have a issue with Hyundai. He know I have a case I would of felt better if he told me the truth and refered me to someone. I want let this stop me. I give McPhillips a half star on this one. 10 thumbs down
