I was very pleased with the law firm. This was my first experience with dealing with a lawsuit and I wasn't sure what to expect. Billie was awesome, she and Jay make a great team. Then Jay was awesome on handling the insurance companies. I was fortunate that my situation wasn't as severe as some, but he was able to get me almost all I had asked for. I've been living in fear of losing everything I had worked for my whole life. I would look at my wife and feel even worse. I always worked when I was able. I'm sick and have serious issues. From the begining to the end they gathered all of my medical records, which I don't think the other law firm did. They wouid always return my calls with an answer to my question. They basically sold on us the fact that they would be able to go after the insurance company and at least have all of our expenses covered and they couldn't even do that. Not only that, but on top of the lawyers fees they actually charge you separate line items for their "personal expenses." These folks are like most and just in it for the money for themselves. They don't care about helping the customer, instead they prey on the less fortunate.
