I was rear-ended pretty badly when I was in town visiting my invalid mother. I wasn't planning to retain an attorney because I thought it could be settled between the two insurance companies. I have never thought of myself as a litigious person. However, the insurance company of the man who hit me got to the point of what I consider harassment trying to get me to settle for $750 and sign all my rights away. I didn't feel comfortable signing anything without legal representation and I got tired of all the phone calls, emails and letters in the mail. I spoke with Morris and he assured me he could take over for me and get it settled and take me out of the middle between the two insurance companies. It took almost a year but he did an outstanding job for me. Either Morris or Sara kept me in the loop as needed and updated me with the progress. It was such a relief to not be hounded by the other insurance company anymore. I can highly recommend Martinson & Beason, P.C. for your legal needs. Doug has also helped us with our mother and getting her affairs settled after my dad died. He came to my mom's house to have her sign paperwork as she was unable to leave her house.
