Not professional at all. Don't go to these folks if you expect professional legal services. All I got was a paralegal and the Skype call with an attorney, who did not have a lot of answers or even attempted to help, when I went. At least it was free and I learned that your need to deal with professional, large, local firms.

This firm worked a miracle for me. So thankful to them! My first paralegal Kimberly was awesome! My second one Brandi was awesome as well. They both taught me so much and I could tell they cared for my well being. The attorney I met was super friendly. When you come for an appointment, you don't have to wait for an hour before someone sees you and they thoroughly explain everything while being timely which is important for people who work Monday through Friday and have a hard time getting off to make appointments. Love the experience! Would highly recommend!

This law firm is the worst state, this is what your going to experience 1. Talking to your attonery through the computer (your not even important enough for him to meet you in person) 2. Anytime you call there phone number and speak to the answering service and you want to speak with the paralegal they don't want to transfer you over, yet they ask you questions so they can look up your case and tell you how much you owe. (How do the answering service know our business, do the janitor know too) 3. Paralegals are giving legal advise or lies. Honestly because they don't if they should answering your questions or not they will have to contact the man in the computer get back with you in a day or so. 4. When you set up an appointment to speak with an attorney you will talk to him through the phone on his time. (did I mention we are not important enough). 5.They neglect to inform you about your account getting frozen (maybe because they work in the Wells Fargo building and thier friends, which makes me wonder didn't Wells Fargo encourage thier employees to open multiple accounts) things that make you go hmmmmm.

be aware....mostly everyone does their job at this company until i was sent over to Elizabeth Elmore.... beware of her be she does not call you back and takes weeks to respond to you then she lied saying i called you several times" i called her 3 weeks before my hearing and she never return my phone call until the day of the hearing.... so beware people you been warned!!!!!!

They give you the option of a payment plan for your court costs and offer the convenience of paying your trustee fee over the phone, avoiding the trouble of having to find parking in downtown Birmingham. They also set up a telephone interview with you prior to your court date with the trustee to go over possible questions they may be asked. The filing fee was also very affordable. Awful service, The owner was beyond disrespectful. Called and asked about my case and learn more information and didn’t get the answer I needed from the call line. You never talk to the people you see when you go in to speak with them. So after you file you run into this call line and they can be clueless because they wasn’t there when you talked to the first lawyers. If you want a more personal interaction with your attorney so he can know your situation better and give you the best advice go else where. It’s very important you can have a attorney to talk to at anytime not some call line. They told me more lies than a 2 years old. Don’t fall for it, do not use them!
