We were so impressed with Joe Herrin's aesthetic and ability to translate the needs and wishes of the homeowner into three-dimensional form. We recently built a Heliotrope-designed home addition in Ballard and witnessed Joe's design chops firsthand. He collaborated with the clients to create a magazine-cover-worthy design that took a modnernist approach to celebrating Ballard's architectural heritage. Really cool stuff - and super livable for the clients.
