What a wonderful experience it was to have Charlie and crew redo our entry and front landscaping. Over and above pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. I would never recommend this company for any landscaping project because their customer service is atrocious! I have tried to work with this company for three years but the problem remains the same--they do not respond ina timely matter to the problems that arise after they have installed the plants. They say there is a one year guarantee on all plants they put in. Good luck getting them to replace the plants that die or are not thriving. I know at least three other dissatisfied customers with similar issues who will no longer use this company. This is really a shame because the design ideas and the folks that install the plants are first rate. Hire them at your own risk, though, because the management is not their word.
