My wife and I wanted a new house that is mostly on one level, with lots of windows and light, and with lots of wall space for our art collection. Wayne Williams came up with a great design that also addressed the issue of our lot being on a corner of a busy street intersection. We have lived in our house for almost two years now. We wouldn’t change anything. Wayne is easy to work with also.

I recently finished a remodel and addition to my 1957 N. Chattanooga home. The goal was to modernize/update and add more space. The tricky part was how to design an addition without making it stand out as an addition. Wayne and Aaron got it just right! The original home was updated (possibly the most important aspect of that was removing a massive masonry fireplace). Windows were added in key locations, doors were moved, etc. A substantial addition was designed for laundry, office, 2 car garage, bonus room with full bath, screened porch and a conservatory. "Conservatory" was quite a lofty designation for my small houseplant area but the thoughtful design and ideas, the attention to detail that Workshop Architects gave to all aspects of the project made me a very happy customer! They were attuned to budget constraints and personal preferences but were able to see the possibilities that I could not see. I highly recommend them!
