I have known Damon for over 10 years and when we needed plans to add a large screened porch, he was the first architect I thought of because I knew I could trust him. That's very important. Damon met with our entire family around our kitchen table one evening and asked my wife, two of our children ( a third is away at college) and me what we wanted in the design. He listened and asked questions to help us make initial design decisions. He took my wife and I to two finished projects so we could see various options. The project involved determining the best way to tie the replacement back porch in to the roof line and make it aesthetically pleasing. We got too options in our initial design that showed great thought on the options. Damon did a great job of explaining the options and the limitations of the different options. The initial deliverable was a complete set with four options since we couldn't make a firm decision. From these, he created a single conceptual drawing of our final decision. For the second step, we received six prints of the full stamped construction drawings and he recommended a qualified builder we are evaluating. Damon was always prompt for in person meetings and took my calls or worked with me promptly by text or e-mail which was much appreciated. Reviewer's note: I earlier rated Falconier '4' without any comments. After completing some requested changes to the construction drawings based on information we learned and not any failures by Falconier, I have to say Falconier is a '5' is my book. I highly recommend Damon and Falconier Design Company.

So very, very disappointed! No room sizes on the plans and no real thought put into the rooms. So much wasted space and way too many interior doors and hallways. We had to make so many changes to the original plans ... fortunately our builder was more than cooperative. I highly recommend NOT USING FALCONNIER. Lots of money for very little effort. He also offered me the option of having him come to the building site to oversee the construction at $500 a visit. Fortunately I refused. So happy I found a builder (on my own) that has done so much to correct the many errors made by Damon and his staff. My sister and my cousin are both building and will NOT use Falconnier or any of his associates. Find someone else. NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT!!! VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I want to thank Damon Falconnier and Falconnier Design Company for a job well done. They took an old office building and turned it into a beautiful place of worship for DayStar Church. They listened to us, had patience with us and orchestrated a marvelous renovation design that was fantastic. They were very meticulous in their efforts and in constant contact during the project. At no time did we feel dissatisfied or disappointed. The entire project from initial discussion to the very end was a smooth process. I can highly recommend Falconnier Design Company.

Damon and his team really went above and beyond in designing our new dental office. They spent a lot of time getting know us. They sought to understand the way we work and our personality. They then designed the perfect space that was both functional and aesthetically outstanding. We get comments almost everyday from patients saying that this is the nicest dental office they have ever seen! His team is easy to work with and full of integrity. When mistakes or miscommunications happen they really take ownership of the situation and seek to find a win win solution. I would not hesitate to use Damon for any future building projects! Damon is one of the most well-respected commercial and residential architects in and around Knoxville, but that did not stop him from helping us design our screen porch addition. Damon took the time to visit with us personally, carefully listened to our thoughts and gave us excellent suggestions to make our porch more attractive, functional and cost-effective. And we were very impressed that the turn-around time for plans was just a matter of days!
