We liked Brent Fleming from the very beginning, and our respect for him only grew throughout our project planning. He delivered a set of plans for our back yard project of a pool, carport and garden shed that was well thought out and perfect! He listened very intently to how we lived and what we wanted to achieve in this project. He was always gracious and easy to work with when we would incorporate our evolving ideas into the design. Changes were never a problem and his sage advice was welcomed! His ability to work with our builder, the subs and our designer was always cordial and respectful. It was actually fun to see everyone come together based on Brent’s designs. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our backyard project!!!!!

When my husband and I first met with Brent to discuss the design for a home we wanted to build on a recently purchased lot, we had many concepts we wanted to include in the design as well as many we did not wish to incorporate; however, we had no clear vision of how we wanted the exterior of the home to look nor how we wanted the interior space to flow. We were quickly impressed with Brent; he listened carefully and thoughtfully during our initial conversations. We also appreciated the time he spent exploring our lot to determine how it should influence the design of the home. We anticipated the design stage would be a lengthy process filled with revisions and changes, but we were wrong! When Brent presented us the initial renderings of the house, we were blow away! He had incorporated everything (EVERYTHING!) we had discussed, and the design took our breath away. A few minor adjustments needed to be made as we continued to move forward with the plan, but his attention to detail and to our conversations was reflected in the first design. Brent is extremely knowledgeable about his craft, and he has a warm and engaging personality that immediately puts one at ease. We were so lucky to have had him recommended to us, and we are proud that his AIA seal is on our set of house plans.
