Alex customized a home for me at an expensive rate. Once the house started I realized I had a spec builder Greg coe. DO NOT USE. Windows didn't go in for over 9 months and others were not right for over a year!!! Still do not have my eyebrow windows that Alex was supposed to handle. He didn't care about my house at all. I was supposed to get weekly updates and never got them. He just billed me and said well you hired a spec builder. He only cares about his RICH CLIENTS meaning $2m builders. I probably have a breach of contract claim and am looking into it. Reach out if you want more details. I would move on
