I cannot say enough positive things about the experience PACA has had with the Roth Marz Partnership. Our Art Center, located at 1505 State Street, Erie is housed in a building built in 1899. When we decided to upgrade our structure they helped us achieve our goals. The y understood the "code" and worked with us to achieve what we needed to accomplish, within our budget, and within the legal requirements. This was not an easy task! Being a 501c3 our funds are limited. RMP worked with us, delivering on all of their promises and assisting us with a very complex set of projects and accommodating our ability to pay over time.

Not only did he educate me on what needed done in regards to the drawings, but also directed me towards the paperwork the city needed to start and close out the project.
