My very first interaction with this company was quite a poor one. After reviewing their website with excitement, I reached out via the contact form asking a few questions about their process and such. Just general things. A few days later I received a one liner email from Lauren Eustis that read "We are very busy right now and will not be able to help you with your project." That was it. Not even a "thank you" closing line. Regardless of the current work load this response was rude and unprofessional. If this is how they treat a first time potential client, I am not interested in working together. A simple "Thank you for considering us, unfortunately we are unable to assist at this time but hope you will consider us for any future projects" would have sufficed. Keep in mind they did not even ask about my time frame. This project could have been in preparation for a build out 6 months - 1 year from now at minimum. Thank you Carnevale Eustis Architects for letting me know just how insignificant my aspirations for my dream home are to you.
