As mentioned by others, they have hired an extremely sketchy predatory towing company to lock your wheels up the SECOND you leave your car in the parking lot. I thought the lot belonged to CVS since the CVS drive thru is in the lot. Unfortunately I was wrong - I was gone 5 minutes and had to pay $125 to get the boot off my car - at 6:30pm when there was only one other car in the parking lot and at least 10 empty spaces. Be careful too, the guys will tell you it’s only $100 if you pay in cash so they can pocket the money themselves.

Do not park anywhere in their parking lot - as soon as you get out of your car they boot the tire and you have to pay $100 cash. I think they wait for you to get out and call the wheel blocker company. There are signs on most spots that say you need to be visiting the architects but on the front 3 spots - it is very lightly painted on the cement curb so I thought it was ok and ran into CVS. With all their money, they should paint them so you can see it clearly. Most of their parking lot is empty. They should take that money they earn and feed the homeless that are in front of the building.

Why would you park there, with signs posted all over the place warning you not to park, when you could just as easily use the metered spaces across the street on 6th which are usually empty? They’re much closer to the entrance for CVS, plus you only risk a $25 ticket that way! Or you know, pay the quarter for no hassle.

Two guys from this firm told me not to park there, even though I was running into CVS to pick up a prescription and the CVS lot was full.
