I asked a business associate to get a buildings plans from Paradigm as I was looking to build out some office space, and Paradigm had designed the building and had the plans. When asked for the plans Greg responded "Sorry, that's not gonna happen. I don't have the time". When it was pointed out that this was poor customer service he responded by saying (and I quote) "To be honest, I'm too busy to care." REALLY! Wow!! Customer service is apparently a lost art. LOTS of other architects in Missoula people...
