Absolutely terrible customer service

Purchased house plans from them through a third party website. What easily could have become a nightmare due to local codes was mitigated by Lake & Land through three sets of edits and a sincere desire to put out a great product and keep the customer first. Love that they are now being featured by Southern Living, as their designs are timeless and customer service is impeccable. Looking forward to sharing our project with them; stay tuned to their Facebook page. Four months later update: Had a last minute request come up during construction and contacted Lake and Land for assistance. Within an hour I had an updated file with the edit per the general contractor. Their customer service when coupled with their quality of livable home plans and attention to detail is what sets them apart from other nationally-recognized architects.
