Chad Haller and the rest of the 10k Architecture team did an incredible job designing our basement and master bathroom. We live in a typical 1.5 story house in Southwest Minneapolis and we chose to invest in quality design to improve our smaller space instead of increasing the footprint of our home. Our neighbors, who probably have the most impressive basement on the block after working with Chad and 10K Architecture, recommended we talk to them and we were impressed right away. They patiently listened to our needs, picked up on our style preferences through observing our home and talking with us, and they came up with great layouts with elegant and clever design elements for both spaces.
