We contracted TK Design to help us design a handicapped accessible single level floor plan for our disabled son. Todd was very knowledgeable about all the Handicap items I was asking about and able to give solid advice to move the project forward. Eric worked on creating the technical drawings and pointed out items in the construction prints that if changed, would make the build a lot more cost conscious. Both Todd and Eric were great to work with. Very professional, and really good at what they do. We would Highly recommend TK to anyone looking to build a house to fit their families needs and wants.

Of all the 100’s of decisions I’ve made while building my house, the best decision—by far—was to start with TK Design to design my house. As my house finishes up, I realized how incredibly important it is to start with a great design. If you start with a mediocre or bad design, no amount of carpentry (or other trades) will fix it. I’ve received many, many compliments on my house, and it’s not even finished yet! TK and the team were also great after the fact (well after the design was complete). I had a few important follow-up questions half-way through the build, and they were quick to help out. Honestly, I couldn’t have been happier working with TK.

As “Design/Builders” that specialize in custom homes and remodeling, TK has been one of the most important facets of our company and a true partner in working with our clients. From the initial client meetings and consultations, suggestions of design path, maintaining both a design and project budget to the hand drawings for conceptual, our clients have been both impressed and their expectations exceeded on each and every project. Once the conceptual drawings have been modified and completed, the AutoCAD program used is state of the art and the employees at TK create a set of working drawings that are easy to read and interpret for the contractors in the field and for the government bodies that issue permits. With the staff being available if and when their may be a question, we are alleviated from issues regarding both design and CAD in the field. On a scale of 1 to 100, we at Compo feel that TK Design are a 150 and would recommend them to anyone from remodeling a master bath to a custom home of any size! They are the best and create a value and personality that are second to none.
