Today I visited for a DOT physical. The office was open on time and Brandy was inviting, courteous and professional. The sheer volume of people coming through the door was astonishing. Brandy remained courteous, welcomed everyone and never lost her smile. I was there last year and Brandy was the person I remembered. Everyone in the office is nice and very busy. Including Brandy. When you come to the counter Brandy makes you feel like you are the only patient there. Her people and customer service skills are outstanding. She deserves a pay raise. Thank you Brandy for allowing my previous years good experience to be improved on up on my return one year later. Thank you Amanda for kindness and being professional as well. I hope Concentra realizes the assets they have in you two as a benefit to them. Thanks for my good experience. Mr. Perry
