Unfortunately, Phi Builders designers were not interested in giving me the time of day. Perhaps it was my pointed questions, perhaps my impatience at the greeters lack of knowledge , or my rushed demeanor, as I was pressed for time. The result was they told me repeatedly my inquiries would be returned, She was just finishing lunch ,so on, but I was snubbed for my supposed transgressions. In other words, not someone I would do business with. Please treat your customers with honesty and integrity in the future and do not lie to them. I appreciate the owners outreach to me about my concerns. However the claim that they tried to reach me rings false as I called two or more times and nobody mentioned problems with reaching me. Be that as it may, An apology is appreciated and I change my rating, though I have moved on and am working with a cabinetmaker.
