We found Ashli through online reviews and hired her for our home renovation. Unfortunately she made critical errors which ended up costing in the tens of thousands. This happened not once, but twice. Our only recourse was to start over with a new firm as her contract liability did not even cover her fees. Would not use again.

We hired Ashli because she has great reviews and she led us to believe that she would design our dream home and design within budget. She was unable to do either. The designs that her firm came up with just did not meet our expectations and were way over budget. We asked several times to redesign the plan, but she never listens and brushed our requests aside. Instead of working with us to make us happy, she terminated the service contract. So after paying her $3000 we have nothing. With all her great reviews, I’m not sure why we were treated so differently. Please contact me for more details if you wish, but please consider other architects.
