We used Eric for our 2 bed/2 bath condo renovation in Lakeview. He provided detailed renderings and finals drawings of the design, as well as sourced various quotes for the kitchen design. Eric was a pleasure to work with. His communication was clear and timely and he delivered all pieces of work when he stated he would. However, aside from Eric's professionalism, was the fact that he added value to our design ideas and didn't just draw what we outlined. On many occasions he made suggestions that took our (limited) design ideas to the next level and was on hand to provide suggestions as the construction work took place. We would not hesitate to use Eric again for any future projects.

Eric was wonderful to work with. He is thoughtful, highly knowledgeable, and has a sharp eye for contemporary design. He is attentive and respectful of budgets and timelines, and he was willing and able to work with me on all the smallest details. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking for an architect in Chicago.
