We have a new roof that was installed by Alpha. Like so many things there can be problems, and there is with this one. It is not the problem, but how the problem is handled that is important. Although we have just discovered the issue, Alpha has been good to respond. On first sign of a problem the owner returned my call immediately and assured that if they missed something, they would indeed be there to correct it. Not sure what the final outcome will be, but we are pleased with the roof, the quality and the service. We are happy to give them a 5 star rating..

This business is undependable! They came to our house to look at a small repair job, quoted us $300 and said they would be back in a couple of weeks. 6 weeks and four calls later they won't call us back and never came to do the job. If it wasn't worth their time or effort I wish he would have just said so. Terrible communication and customer service!

Not impressed with owner. He has no problem throwing down wood planks on your green grass and leaving it to discolor. He told my wife that the wood is "shading the grass and won't hurt it a bit." Too much debris left around the yard after they left...really not impressed for the cost..if you want a cheap roof you could put up with some of their shenanigans, but they're not even cheap. Watch your pocketbook!
