I needed to find a good architect for a small job. The first thing I discovered was how difficult that can be. Eventually the stars aligned and I found Richard. Richard has excellent ideas, experience and he knows how to effectively navigate a system which at times can be a bit overwhelming. On a personal level, he is honest, patient, reliable and a pleasure to work with. With new construction the architect works from a clean slate. All the Legos fit nice and neatly. Unfortunately, my project, a remodel of a sun porch on a 1925 Mediterranean in Coral Gables was not so cut and dry. There were obstacles that required adjustments and a plethora of agencies had to sign off on everything. It took time, but it went smoothly. Richard was alway there, and if I had a concern or question he answered it. I trusted his design and judgement and I am glad I did. The remodel looks great!

Till this day still owes us money for work completed with passed inspection does not answer his calls or emails.
