As long time developers in the Tampa Bay area, we count on the excellence of our interior floorplans to ensure a project's success. I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin Kimmich to create a special floorplan for the penthouse level at Palazzo del Sol, our newest gulf front condominium project. The 5,200 sf. penthouse unit, in particular, had to be spectacular. Justin was more than up to the task, and created a stellar floorplan. He creative and has an incredible talent for space planning, and can envision how the interior will function and feel to its residents. This was accomplished well within our time frame and we are so pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend Justin for any architectural needs and look forward to working with him again in the future.

This company will go above and beyond for you! Here’s my story. I am looking to open an automotive dealership in Clearwater and I needed to get a site plan within a day or two MAX due to the city and their deadline. I gave Justin a call and he asked me a few questions to get started. Once it was in his hands, he had it done the next day! He was very responsive and got right to the job. Unfortunately, the lot was never approved and I never really needed the site plan but these guys are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services. I’ll definitely call them back once I find a lot that is suitable.
