We chose Cliff and his team because they came highly recommended from both our interior designer and contractor. He got to the heart of what we were looking for in our design and gave us the home we have today. What I liked best about working with Cliff is - when something wasn't right - he fixed it. Having an architect that can mitigate problems or issues, is invaluable. If you're looking for a design team, choose CMSA, they have my highest recommendation.

CMSA worked with us on an odd shaped lot and designed a home with tremendous street presence that is still in many high end residential home magazines 2 years after home completion. The home won several Sarasota magazine awards and still is one of the more photographed residences in the area which is a credit to CMSA. Understated elegance is a frequent commentary we receive on our home. I'm mentioning the magazines since its an independent acknowledgement to the special CMSA design characteristics. As the homeowner, we wanted a beautiful home that was a "home" and not a museum. We wanted a home the family and grandkids would enjoy using...not visiting. Its a true compliment to CMSA to achieve all the architectural notoriety for the home while the home is understated and really family friendly. Thumbs up to CMSA.....we couldn't have picked a better architectural firm.
