One of the worst experiences I've had with another "professional" in a long time. Greg's plans are incorrect, he charges an exorbitant amount for site visits even including travel time, will argue with you and your contractor and just in general gives architects a bad name. I will never recommend anyone use this person to design their home. He will threaten you with liens on your property if you don't pay his ridiculous fees to correct issues that are wrong with his plans. He's clearly unaware of specific township codes and will cost you thousands of dollars in corrections.
