We would first like to thank David Mull and the gentleman who did the computer graphics to make David's thoughts a storybook dream for us. This small space has truly become a beautiful santuary where we retreat to in the evenings. It is a lovely outdoor living room, which has slate and brick flooring, a dry stacked wall with slate seating, lighting surrounding the patio and the mature shrubs that were also put in by an excellent team of DiSabatino workers. They made it seem as the patio was established years ago! We want to thank Jose and his team for the excellent job they did in making this for us. This was the finest group of men we have ever had working for us. We have had much work done over the past 48 yrs and none measure up to the quality and honesty of the DiSabatino team of workers. David went beyond checking the progress and sitting and enjoying some evening time with us, so as to see the effect of the lighting. We so enjoyed his visit. Jose is a leader that we are excited to bring his wife to our home for a meal and enjoy the talents of her husband. fFner folks you will never meet than this group of experienced workers. This team went beyond what most companies would expect of their staff. Please as you start a journey of looking to improve you outdoor living space consider a vist to DiSabatino. We did not have a large job for them to do but we were treated as though we were creating a palace garden.

They completed, what i think to be a large job (stone all flower beds, trimming, removal and rearrangement of our shrubs) in a single day, and left the property looking very clean. The consultant called to check in with us about the job and the reception desk called frequently when they had to delay work during the week as it rained on and off most days the week our work was scheduled to be done. We'd use them again.

DiSabatino Landscaping and Esposito Masonry recently completed landscape & hardscape upgrades to our property. From start to finish the entire experience was a pleasure and the results are amazing! Our overall design consultant, Brian Cane did a great job listening to all our concerns and ideas and translated those into a design that went way beyond our expectations. The project entailed front of house landscaping with new trees, shrubs and perennials and Brian also addressed privacy screening issues, drainage challenges and an overhaul of our existing patio/outdoor kitchen. He also added a transition from the patio to the lower level of the house by adding a stone path with step slabs and boulders and slope plantings with beautiful results. The design was brought to life by a group of talented, professional and dedicated crew (Oscar Vazquez, George Gonzalez, Ed Quann and Ivan Garcia). We can’t thank them enough for a job well done! Brian also brought in Tom Wiechecki from Outdoor Living to tackle and design a replacement for an existing pergola. The resulting timber frame pavilion roof is beyond my imagination and a dream come true for my husband! Making the entire outdoor patio/kitchen space a true retreat. Much of the project called for new masonry from stoning the walls leading to the patio, redoing the outdoor kitchen masonry, installation of PA. Bluestone and a new brick landing. We can’t say enough about the outstanding artisan work performed by Moises Martinez and talented crew (Vincente, Jose, Gerardo, Gabriel, Luis and Ramon) who made the design a reality. As with any project of this size and scope, it takes a lot of coordination, project management, scheduling, securing subcontractors, billing, etc. All of which was handled professionally and with a focus on quality and customer service. Jessica Doran was also a delight to work with to address all things regarding the contracts, change orders and billing. I would be remiss if I didn’t add there were some problems that arose during the project. It doesn’t matter what they were but that they were quickly and entirely addressed and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend DiSabatino Landscaping and Esposito Masonry for all your landscaping and hardscaping needs. In fact, we are already working on a new project with them for our lower outdoor level.

The plants laid down in my front yard were of inferior quality that did not last. I had asked specifically for plants that did not creep on the floor but they put them anyway, right at the walkway. No follow up after work done. Took them months to show up after promising me twice to come fix up. I had to hire another landscaper to get it in order.

Dave Mull came out first to help me decide and mark what and how much would be pruned, and Luis and Ramon executed the plan perfectly. Luis has a great eye for pruning, and the work the two of them did is superlative. From the beginning edging to the final clean up, the work was carefully executed. Luis and Ramon were a pleasure to have on the property and my garden looks like someone loves it again!

I can not write enough positive comments about our experiences with DiSabatino Landscaping. We have used this company for several projects beginning in 2008 and, most recently, a large project summer and fall of 2012. Jobs, included hardscape sidewalk and steps in our front yard, building a retaining wall and hardscape sidewalk and small patio in our backyard, adding landscape lighting, and, the largest project was landscape design and supervision of installation of an inground pool. In addition, we have used them for tree removal on two (or maybe three) occasions and last year we signed on for their Tree and Shrub plant care program which we plan to use again this coming year. There are so many things we really appreciate about this company: Above and beyond the creativity of the designers involved in our projects and how beautiful everything looks (we've had many compliments - especially on the stone work near our pool), we appreciate that everyone is professional, pleasant, and trustworthy. This includes not only our designer, Lance Hafer, and Jason Gaskill (who handled the tree work at the time), but ESPECIALLY the crews themselves who showed up on time, worked so very hard every single hour they were here, cleaned up each day and did fantastic work. And I don't want to forget to mention the behinds the scenes folks, incuding Tessa Marks and Kara Wilt who were always available to answer our questions regarding contracts and scheduling and returned phone calls and email promptly. If schedule changes were needed we were informed. We never waited and had people not show or cancel at the last minute. The company owner, Chris, stopped by to check on the progress of our projects and Lance was there daily to supervice .Last year he worked in tandem with the pool company and the fence company to make sure that everything was coordinated. Our pool project involved approaching our yard through a neighbors property and I am thrilled with how careful they were to make sure that the work created as little disruption as possible to our neighbors. Our neighbors were impressed. When there were problems (and they were very few and far between especially considering how many jobs they have done) they were fixed with no hassle. Just recently a few of the backyard pavers (after five years) settled and all it took was an email and the crew came out to repair the problem with no charge to us. I am very happy to recommend this company to others. The way they run their business and the way they treated us has set the standard for other companies we hire. Last year we were contacted and asked to make suggestions about how they could improve. Honestly, we were stumped. Based on our experiences with the company, we couldn't think of a single thing we had concerns about. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Vince Esposito and DiSabatino Landscaping have handled all our stone and cement needs and every bit of that work through the years has always been handled efficiently and professionally. On our most recent job of replacing a sidewalk section witch had been displace by a tree root, there was a question as to how to handle the large root. The DiSabatino arborist was called and he directed the cutting of the root, so as not to hurt the tree. A good job by everyone involved.

For the first time, DiSabatino Landscaping took on the daunting task of trimming two bamboo stands on my property. I use these stands as hedges and sound barriers, so they are thick. The workmen went above and beyond my expectations. Bamboo can be tricky, as they quickly found out. Throughout the project, Jesse conferred with me, assuring me they would do the job to my liking, which they did. They also performed a careful cleanup, and everyone on the project was polite and eager to please. I condone their work ethic. I felt important as a customer.

Ray and his partner removed it quickly and cleaned up completely. Price was reasonable- a little more than $100. I know I wouldn't climb that high and use a chain saw!!!!

Last year, DiSabatino Landscaping provided me with an estimate to "re-work" my side yard. Their designer, Dave, was personable, friendly, and extremely creative (especially with my space constraints). I had three other estimates provided to me by competitor organizations. DiSabatino Landscaping, while not the cheapest nor most expensive, just felt right (and I give most of the credit to Dave). I signed my Agreement to have a new patio, sitting wall, steps, and lighting installed. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the "breaking ground" day arrived! The workmen were courteous of my schedule as well as my neighbors (I live on a city street and where parking can be a challenge). Their work ethic was second to none and their attention to the most minor detail was refreshing. Every morning I left for work with my house doors wide open (e.g. for bathroom, coffee breaks, etc.). Each worker treated my house with respect and dignity. Extremely impressive to say the least. When I would return home after 5 pm, I was often surprised to find the landscapers still working or diligently cleaning up behind themselves (tools, mulch, pavers, etc.). The job took about 5 days to complete. I could not be MORE happy about the end result. The BEST compliments DiSabatino Landscaping (and their designer) receives has come directly from my family and friends. They are overly impressed with the exceptional quality and craftsmanship from the creative concept to its stunningly beautiful completion. I am thrilled with DiSabatino Landscaping and would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for some re-design work. When all was said and done, the estimate they provided was to the dollar of the actual costs. Their customer service was always greeted with a quick and friendly response! Ivan Mazur is my design consultant and I was immediately comfortable working with him. He listened to my needs and turned them into reality. My side yard is sloped and made it difficult for my aging dog to manage it. Ivan suggested a stone retaining wall to keep the raised ground supported. I asked for steps to still be able to access the rest of the yard. Well, today after 3 days of construction under the care of Jose H 1 my backyard looks beautiful. The whole team made my vision come true. I and my family will continue to enjoy this space for many years to come. Thank you to all the men who worked to complete my project. I had sidewalks taken out and new put in along with landscaping. From the first onsite visit throughout the entire process I was very happy. They seemed to read your mind when you were wondering how everything was going by calling you to update you. I just had my wood floors done and it reminded me how easy it was to deal with Disabatino compared to floor contractor. Vinny Esposito has been my mason for many years. He and his crew do a fabulous job! I own a 200 year old field stone house. He has done moisture mitigation in my basement, and installed a sump pump. a walkway with granite steps, expanded my courtyard and dry stacked a retaining wall and columns and this last project was to repair a field-stone two seat outhouse that will be turned into a potting shed. Both Mike and Erasto did the work on this structure, it is wonderful! Every job has been perfect, the work is exceptional and the clean up is pristine. My sister also had her walkway and front of her house done by Esposito Masonry, Mike and Erasto also were the masons assigned and the job they did updated her home beautifully and gave her a whole new seating area. The landscape was completed by DiSabatino Landscaping, it is gorgeous! Thank you for all the great work you have done, and the great work to be done in the future!

LOVE them. We moved to West Chester and found out that our beautiful lawn was actually part swamp. Our kids couldn't play on it and we couldn't walk through it without a life preserver. We had other landscaping companies come out and told us they "couldn't promise anything." Chris and his team came and drew out a plan that included installing drainage pipes and funneling the water down and out. They told us our lawn would be dry within 24 hours of the last rain. The team came with all this crazy machinery and totally regraded our lawn, took down dead trees, and then put down seed and mesh/hay blankets that turned our yard green within a couple of weeks. The guys came every day, even when it was so cold out I wasn't stepping foot outside. Our neighbors couldn't believe the difference. We're so happy with our lawn that we've asked them to come back and do other work. So far they've installed a new fence and we're working on a design for a new patio - which we'll finally get to use now that our lawn is green again.
