Extremely unprofessional experience -- contacted DCI about a significant renovation and had Dan Hoffman come out to do a site visit. He stated he would make contact within 2 weeks and had multiple points of contact to reach me. After 2 weeks, no call back whatsoever -- after a month my family concluded that this firm straight up blew us off. No courtesy in not even contacting potential clients back, regardless of whether they could do the job or not.
