Old Wood Workshop offers the finest antique and vintage flooring available. Period. Anywhere! We have a 1670 historic farmhouse that was transformed after Tom and his crew installed antique wideboard white pine. He was responsible, communicative and a true craftsman. Looking forward to working with these guys on our next project.

Tom was amazing in assisting us in restoring our 1790 farmhouse. One of our biggest concerns was how we were going to find floor planks that would complement those that existed in part of the house for the areas that had been significantly altered over the years and for which no original boards remained. Tom was patient, extremely knowledgeable and fair (if not generous) with his pricing. He went above and beyond and even helped us find the right installer to properly install the beautiful floor planks he was able to source from an attic in Pennsylvania. The result is terrific and really formed the foundation of our yearlong restoration. When the farmhouse was completed and we were looking to restore the grounds we uncovered one of the original well house foundations. I called Tom to see if he could source an 1850 Bates well house as had originally been in that place. I had located several but none of the owners would part with them. Tom said he hadn't seen one available for many years but he would look. Several weeks later he phoned with the good news that he had located one. It now sits proudly in our yard as one did over 150 years ago. I would strongly recommend Tom without hesitation to anyone wanting to source antique flooring or difficult to find or interesting architectural items. He is a true gentleman that understands and loves his trade. I wish there were more like him!

Worked with Tom at Old Wood Workshop for a project up in the Adirondacks and he was great. Visiting his barns to pick out old flooring was an education as Tom spent time with me explaining the ins and outs of using old flooring and other salvaged woods. He delivered the flooring and worked with my contractors to be sure it was installed for great effect. It looks amazing. Also while visiting the barns, I saw he had 30 old chestnut paneled church pew backs. We used those to create vertical paneling in one of the bedrooms..came out amazing. Nothing can give you the look of using these old materials. Tom's the kind of guy where a handshake or a nod is all you need...I like that.

Tom has been working with us for about 2 years on flooring for a 1780 barn restoration and a new house attachment. He helped us locate the floors for every room in the house and the barn. He was always helpful in figuring out what we needed & the look I was trying to achieve. He delivered our flooring personally to Texas for us, making 2 trips. He offered to come show the floor men how to lay the old flooring correctly. I would call him in an instant again for flooring & advice. He was a pleasure to work with.

Couldn't find a better all round service. Excellent website, good correspondence but most importantly brilliant floors. Bought two for our 1750s house to replace forty years old modern floor. Will be doing living room and bathroom floors next year rom the same company. Thanks for all the help. Uploaded image with new floor just laid no finishing as yet.

I have been a customer for many years. I have purchased 9 floors and both vertical and horizontal wall boards. I have also purchased wood working and delivery services over the years and Tom has always come through for me. I have recommended the Old Wood Workshop and Tom to multiple friends over the years. All their floors look wonderful and they are as happy with Tom as I am. What else can I say, I'm a customer for life.

Offers quality salvaged wood products. We purchased hard to find wide wall board. Tom is helpful and knowledgeable regarding historically appropriate methods. The ducks are cute! And Tom is very patient and accommodating for scheduling a visit. We will return for future needs for our 1800 farm house. We highly recommend his business.
