This guy sucks. Seemed like a nice guy and said addition would be a problem as he "does them all the time dealing with the town". 6 months latter we still don't have any correct drawings and he lied to us saying he filed paperwork with town boards. He even gave him a 3rdcchance and he didn't deliver. Looks like we need to get a lawyer to get our deposit fee back from this guy. Don't trust this guy.
