People: Leadership is more focused on politics and a paycheck than having a good culture. Lots of inter-office marital affairs & lack of integrity and accountability among team members. High-level staff push legal limits and have major lack of ethics. Significant amount of employee turnover for obvious reasons. As far as the role of the company: Good quality of work produced from an engineering/architecture perspective, kind of slow to get final product from HFA but more affordable than some places because they want to have a larger client base.
