It’s night, you’re sitting in front of the TV, Game of Thrones is on. You have a glass of $9.99 wine that you grabbed off of the shelf as you were grocery shopping at Kroger’s. You watch as the characters that you have grown to hate and love (at least the ones who haven’t died yet) partake in wines from all over the Seven Kingdoms. Discontent fills your nostrils and washes over your tongue as you sip whatever glorified vinegar came out of that bottle you purchased. Every week you try a new wine, and every week you’re disappointed. You envy Tyrion because he is able to inhale whatever it is that he Is always pouring into his chalice. All you want is to be able to drink a good wine, watch a good show, and maybe get a little buzzed along with your favorite dwarf. Forks of Cheat Blackberry Wine gives me that. It feels like the creators of it actually cared about what they were making. The aroma is pleasantly fruity while the tastes brings back memories of blackberry picking with the family when you ate at least every other berry that you picked. It’s not dry, nor does it have any hint of that pungent alcohol taste. It’s delicious. Thank you Forks of Cheat for letting me get tipsy alongside my favorite Westorosi!

Really great place to just stop by for a quick glass on the deck. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to chat. The view from the patio was beautiful, and there was plenty of comfortable seating.

I was the only person in the tasting room when I stopped in, and I had a great conversation with the guy behind the counter, who was very knowledgeable about the winery and the area. Nice variety of wines and liquors, though not all estate grown. All their estate wines seemed to be hybrids or fruit wines, which is reasonable given the area. I'm not a big fan of sweet wine, but I tried a couple of their fortified wines, which were good for dessert.

The winery was okay the lady wasnt very friendly and didnt really seem to excited to have us there. Wouldnt go back you can get the wine at Walmart for the same price and they charged me $7.37 tax on a $67.00 purchase...yikes!
