Brought my wife and family here for her birthday, had a great time! Nicole (she was fantastic to work with!) set up activities for the kids in our group while pouring some excellent wine for us in a private room, couldn't have had a better experience. The property is amazing, the private tour was great. Well worth the money for a private tasting and tour, and all their products are great! Booked last minute and Nicole really saved me after other plans fell through. Cant recommend enough!

7 of us visited Flag Hill over labor day can't wait to return . the staff were very friendly and engaging. and with we were just leaving the owner came out and was also very friendly and engaging all of us left saying how much we enjoy the visit and the wine.

Very knowledgeable about products created and sold there. Very friendly and accommodating for tasting. I do wish the distilled liquors were offered in small bottles or nips. I am very hesitant to invest in a large bottle as a gift when I am not certain of taste or how often the recipient would drink it. The building and grounds are attractive. Would like to return for a future event, brunch or dinner.

Christa Phaneuf and owners were so good to us preparing such a delectable buffet with risotto, fresh vegetable medley, salad, chicken piccata and sirloin of beef that was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Brian gave us such an in depth tour of their vast vineyard full of grapes that will be ripening soon. And the personal wine tasting held in our room was great and the cranberry apple wine was our favorite. We spent a nice day to celebrate our Donne 2000 Ferragosto. Recommend highly for weddings or special events. What a spectacular view.

The amount they poured into the wine glass was embarrassingly minute. Barely three tablespoons were poured and you are supposed to get a taste of that wine?? I have been to other wineries and they at least pour enough to taste the wine!!! The "reception" area has only a counter so you either stand reaching over others to get yours or wait till others leave which makes everyone feel rushed/awkward.

I cannot put into words, just how spectacular our wedding was at Flag Hill. The staff there was wonderful to work with. Christa and Maddie are truly the best coordinators that I could have ever asked for. They were able to make my vision become a reality and made the planning process much easier. They asked questions I would have never thought of to help make the day that much more spectacular. They were attentive, easy to work with, stuck with the timeline we had made, and executed the day perfectly. The food and drinks were great and all my guests thought everything was beautiful and that they were well taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Flag Hill for any future couple!

Very clean and friendly employee. I went with family on vacation for tasting. Im not a huge wine drinker but family members are so i went for just experience. I ended up leaving with 4 bottles. Definitely recommend this place.

I am here for a beautiful wedding of Maureen and Tim Psaradelis!! If you have not been here, this place knows how to do a wedding. The ceremony was beautiful, the backdrop breathtaking, and so far the happy hour is surpassing any adjectives this English teacher has. If this is the starter, the remaining courses and dancing should be out of this world. Congrats to Maureen and Tim!!!

The girls were great she had read the brides brothers reading and the grooms sisters reading by accident that happens I guess. Food was so terribly salty she spent good money and I had to return home and order takeout immediately.very upset. Did have a lot of fun though.

I went to a Wedding there recently, and I would never recommend it. The staff was terrible! They had only two bartenders, and the wait time for a drink was ridiculous

The tasting and the wines are reasonably priced and the tasting fee of $5 will be waved off when you buy a bottle of their wine, spirit or liquor. I really like their la crescent and the maiden blush. The spirits are good too and some of them are award winning based on the menu. The lady who served was exceedingly nice and helpful in explaining what tge difference with the wines are. There is also a tent for holding events and catering.

I went on the winery tour and for the wine and spirit tasting. The winery tour includes going out into the fields for explanation of types of grapes and the varietal differences. The tour guide was very knolegeable and was willing to answer questions. Flag Hill does not buy outsourced grapes for their wines. They also go their own barley, corn and grain for the spirit making. Large selection and fantastic products. Highly recommend this place.

Everything about Flag Hill is perfect! Christa and Maddie are so awesome, more than awesome. Leading up to our Sept. 2018 wedding, they were organized and on point with details and follow ups. But MOST importantly, the day of was totally stress free. We dropped off all our wedding adornments the day prior and I was 100% confident that the ladies would set up beautifully. I had no doubts and was able to let go of that stress. Which is huge! But the most important thing they did for my husband and I, parents already to 4 young kids, was giving our kids time, attention and patience. I have QUITE a few pictures with both Maddie and Christa crouched down at my children’s level. Christa even took them out to see the pigs. Flag Hill is truly a venue that looks beyond simple professionalism and into vested dedication of memories that will last a lifetime. It was clear their team gained just as much pleasure as we did celebrating our wedding.

Our wedding at Flag Hill was absolutely amazing. Right from the start, we felt like family whenever we entered Flag Hill - whether that was wedding related, coming for a random tasting, or going to one of their special events. Christa is an exceptional wedding coordinator. She is responsive and handles any problems in a timely manner. She was flexible with our menu, as we had tried some things at Flag Hill's Mother's Day Brunch and wanted to add them to our wedding. She also was extremely helpful in finding vendors that went with our vision. Maddie was an outstanding decorator and night-of coordinator. I didn't have very specific directions for my decorations, and she did an amazing job. She was SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL the day of; I can't even put it into words. The entire staff was great to work with, and some of the waiters even joined us on the dance floor! We had so many comments from our guests and bridal party about how seamless our day was and how helpful the staff was. I would without a doubt recommend Flag Hill to anyone who wants great food, unbelievable scenery, and wonderful people to work with. Thank you so much for making our day perfect!

we got married here in May. This place is the most amazing venue with incredible staff. The coordinators work with you and your budget and help to create the wedding of your dreams. The place will have you falling in love as soon as you walk up the driveway!

Great place with good wine and fantastic spirits! I went there with a big group and they were able to set up the tasting in a room right near the tasting room. With the help of Mara, one of their staff members, I was able to pick some wines and spirits to sample. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

This is the third dinner I have gone to there and it was amazing!! The chief does a great job with the food and the pairings are perfect! The staff is very friendly as well. Love going here for dinners or even just a couple bottles of wine!!

From the minute my husband and I walked onto the Flag Hill property we fell in love and knew it was where we wanted to be married! Christa is extremely friendly, hard working, and accommodating! She made us feel comfortable from the start and went above and beyond whenever we had questions! The whole staff is incredible and gave us a wedding day that we will never forget! They decorated exactly how I had envisioned everything to be! The scenery was absolutely gorgeous for our wedding photos and and all of our guests had so much fun playing lawn games and drinking the Flag Hill wine! We love Flag Hill very much- it now holds a truly special place in our hearts- and we will keep coming back again and again! Thank you also to Maddie who was incredible as well!

Great trip!! I am not really a big wine person but the Maidens Blush and the Apple Cranberry wines are the very best I have ever tried. The atmosphere was great and the staff were super fun- and non snooty. If you like wine and want a fun break from being stir crazy from all the snow- go now!!! Wine tastings until 4:00 only 5 dollars and you get 6 choices to taste, a souvenir wine glass, and fun conversation with super nice down to earth people who make and serve great wine and spirits. FUN, FUN, FUN!!! Make sure to try the fruit liquors- Raspberry was the best thing I tried while I was there!!!! Also- if you like vodka John Stark is excellent. Go try some now.....why are you still reading this?,,,,, go.....right now.

Latenight Thoughts

Their wine is soo good . The have wine called i think Niagara and it taste like a grape right off the vine. Oh and the raspberry is bomb! The staff are super friendly and helpful , definitely will be back!
