Incredibly friendly staff. I took my cat here after another vet clinic had proven they were not competent to treat my cat. Oakview got him in right away and took care of him while constantly making sure I was in the loop and understood what had to be done. Will take all future pets here.

My fiancé and I knew we had to get our sweet dog, Pepper in somewhere. Even though there is a 24 hour location closer to our residence, we gave the lovely staff at Oakview a call. Not only did they let us come in an hour before closing, they also stayed open late for us due to our pup’s symptoms. They took the time to address our questions and concerns. They gave us multiple options, let us know the cost of the treatments we could go for, and explained everything in depth. We decided right then and there that we’ll be going here from now on instead of our old vet. Thank you so much to their amazing staff and know that we are deeply touched by the attention you gave our girl!

Very kind vet staff, they always work with me with having to bring my cats in last minute if an issue comes up and it is found and treated instantly. Sort of pricey compared to other vet clinics and boarding my cats i usually have to contact them on how their doing because staff does forget to send me an update.

massive miscommunication on their end for appointment details. I was having high hopes for a exotic veterinarian on staff but unfortunately when I called twice on two separate days they gave me an initial average price to inform me later that it was not correct but would work something out. Then later to call me back and say that they could get me in with the original plan, I was happy about the quick appointment idea but unfortunately they rescheduled me for 3 different times in one day with 5+ separate phone calls and finally when we decided on a time and day because we had talked about 3 different days which I was fine with any, 30 minutes before I was about to leave for my appointment they call me to say everything they had talked about on the phone, was not correct AND if I went through with it I would be charged extra for a critical case which I never stated. So I took off work early, answered all their calls while I was working, and made a special trip home for this appointment for nothing. I had high hope for the clinic from the reviews and they fell very short. I wouldn't recommend this clinic for anyone with exotics just because of the massive confusion on their side.

We are traveling with our cat who had surgery a few weeks ago. She needed sutures removed from her lower lip .... the doctors took us in on short notice without hesitation, were extremely welcoming. Top it off they didn't charge to remove the 2 sutures. They are amazing and gracious folks.

I worked with Dr. Hankison and Dr. Scott for four years and saw firsthand the excellent care that they provide, and witnessed an atmosphere of great caring for clients and patients at the clinic. The community has a great asset in having this team of veterinarians and support staff to care for their family pets.

The best vet clinic in central Wisconsin with stellar customer service. We have been going to Oakview for almost 35+ years with all of our pets. We have watched this business grow and excellerate in advance medicine. They offer many treatments like laser, chiropractor, and ultrasound that other local vet offices do not have. They processes a lot of their blood draws which helps when needed results fast. They do send some blood out for more advanced diagnostics. There doctor's' and staff are always attending continuing education to stay ahead. Staff is super friendly and everyone knows your name and pets name. After your visit rest assure you will get a phone call from a staff member checking in or an email to followup from your visit. I wish the human side of the medical field would have such great follow up. They are very rescue friendly as they have seen about 50 of our BC foster dogs. I would give them a 10 if I could. My dogs give them all 4 paws up.

We have taken our dogs and cats to Oakview for almost 5 years now. Oakview has helped us treat and care for two elderly dogs and a cat with severe allergies. The entire vet staff there is experienced, knowledgable, and great about explaining treatment plans and options avaliable to us. We've never been recommended a treatment plan or service that was unnecessary. The staff is friendly and finds appointments that fit into our busy schedules. They also follow up to see how our pets are doing after visits. We also board our pets here and love the piece of mind we get from receiving text messages from the kennel staff to let us know how the pets are doing while we are away. When we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs earlier this year, it was hard, but the staff was great about helping us through it and and we received a card signed by everyone in the office. The care and service we get at Oakview is outstanding.

We are new to Oak View and I am a ridiculously nervous pet Mom and animal lover. We see Dr. Lisa and she is so kind and compassionate and I love how the staff does intensive checking of our dogs when they are not feeling well. And they put up with my nervous questions. Honestly, it is a happy, kind, caring place for a vet office. Even when I am nervous, I trust their experise and know they will do their best for our furry family members. Compassion is so inportant. Definitely recommend these vets especially if you want the best for your pet and are, like me, a more nervous pet parent. Do come!

Oakview has been our Clinic for one Border Terrier and two Portuguese Water Dogs. We bought the most recent PWD from a breeder in Southern Illinois last April. At 4 years old he had already been treated for Heartworm Disease once, but had been reinfected because he wasn’t given Preventative. Dr. Scott discovered this and, along with the Veterinary School in Madison, a protocol for treatment was set in motion. Oakview is a team! From the front desk to the Techs, the Vets- -boarding; everyone is working to help my husband, myself and our Chase to get through this difficult time. They’re the Best!

I just can't say enough about the staff at Oakview; especially Dr. Scott. It took us a long time, and many hardships to bring us to their clinic, and we only wish we had found them sooner. We always valued the way we were included as part of the process, and never felt like just the owner of the patient. The entire staff has been exceptional: doctors, technicians, and reception, and their extended hours were greatly appreciated. Our kitty was a (medically) high-maintenance pet, and it really helped us to know that if we had to deal with a personal emergency, we could trust her to the veterinary supervised boarding for proper care. The level of care that we have received has been outstanding. We regularly presented them with medical challenges in the past 2 years, and they met each one head-on. I really have a hard time putting into words the level of professionalism, knowledge, compassion, understanding, flexibility, and tenacity we have experienced under their care. I cannot imagine putting the lives of my loved ones in other hands.

We are so grateful the Oakview Clinic was open this a.m. (Sat. a.m.) and that they did their best to work us in before they closed!! We took our cat, Lydie, to them. She came to us 3 yrs ago...homelss and almost starved to death! We have worked hard to make her more "sociable". Now, she is a cherished pet...totally part of our family!! After having doctored at a Wautoma Clinic prior to the Oakwood Center...oh my, NO COMPARISON!! The Dr. and his assistant treated her so well and so very thourough...it was like going to the Rochester, MN Mayo Clinic!!! Lydie had many syptoms/possibilities. The Dr. was so thorough in evaluating her and explaining the "treatment plan" to us. We are confident, that at the very least, some of the issues she is having will clear up and further help will be provided, if needed. The Dr. and Christina, his assistant, were so kind and professional!! I am used to having to hold and confine my little wild Lydie at the previous clinic! Today, I was able to entrust her care totally to them!!! How nice!!! Again, thank you...to the kind receptionist, Dr, and Assistant!! We are most appreciative!!

They are patient with my dog oso they don't push anything unnecessary on my dog the front desk staff is awesome. Go elsewhere. They are very crooked. We had taken our dog there to be boarded over the weekend. We thought it was weird that they didn't want us to see where he would be staying. But with some convincing they let us. Then they did a vet check and of course they didn't let us go with our dog to be checked then they come back and tell us that he has a horrible ear infection that is in need of immediate attention. They tell us that they can fix it over the weekend while he stays there for the small price of just under $200. We love our dog but I thought that was odd considering how well we care for him, I thought we would have noticed it. So I went and looked at his ears and couldn't notice anything so I told them just to leave his ears and we would take him into our vet on Monday. And boy I'm glad I did he didn't even have an ear infection. I asked my vet if a massive ear infection can cure itself in a matter of 36 hours and he laughed. Do not go to Oakview Veterinary they are crooked. Thieves who pray on people who love their pets. Please stay away. On top of all that they charge $60 for 24 hours if on the weekend. THEIVES!!

My little guy had an accident that left his right front leg paralyzed. He eventually needed it amputated. The only place that I trusted with this surgery was Oakview. Dr. Hankison is an incredible surgeon. I can not say enough about the technicians and staff that cared for Beans before and after the surgery. I truly felt that each and every one of them cared for him like he was one of theirs. I was such a worried mom and they eased my mind. Dr. Scott was amazing the next day helping Beans with his pain. I would recommend Oakview to anyone that wanted the best care for their beloved animals.
