Very expensive. Not wanting to listen very well. Never saw an actual vet. Just Nurse. Wanted 350.00 for xrays, after doing labs and thyroid tests. My bill was 327.00 for very quick visit. Shots of steroid and long acting antibiotics cleared up initial problem. Week later vomiting seizures started. Out of money I called. All I was told was There is nothing we can do. No time spent giving me things I can do to help. I'm getting it slowly sorted out with love treating with cbd and chicken soup and slippery elm. Seizures are slowing down al.most stopping. I'd say go elsewhere where they are willing to work with you , council you not just rack up a bill and say adios. Kitty is FELV 5. But hes not dying yet. We got this. This Vet doesn't seem to though.

We had to euthanize our baby who had been very sick for a long time. The people at this office clearly understand that these are our lives and offered the kindest most compassionate service. They were always helpful in trying to manage Dash’s disease and keep him as healthy as he could be for as long as he could be. I would highly recommend them to anyone. No better people in the world to trust with your fur baby.

Poor Shadow, our cat, had a broken tail. We took him to Glen Dale Animal Hospital and they took care of him immediately! They were so sweet and caring! He was back to himself the next day, purring away!

I had a puppy being shipped out of state last minute. My vet was on vacation, my back up vet was booked for 3 weeks out. I called almost every vet in the valley looking to get my boy's health certificate and rabies shot so he could travel. Glendale was not only very prompt at getting us in the answered all of my questions. I will be switching vet's immediately! Thanks for all the help ladies you are great!

This place is the most rude and ignorant office I have ever been to. The staff was rude and provided little to no clarity to what was going on with our puppy. To be honest, they acted like they didnt know what they were doing. I will never go there again and its a shame its only a few minutes from my house. If you don't mind the drive you should really go to Two Ridge Animal Vet in Wintersville.

These people shouldn't even consider themselves as caring for animals. My dog has spinal meningitis, which can be fatal if not treated immediately. All I needed was his medicine and they said they couldn't fill it even after talking to my vet. They said they would have to see him first, which was fine with me, but they wanted to wait two days because he didn't have an "appointment." EMERGENCIES don't have appointments! They didn't care at all. Good thing we contacted Ohio Valley Animal Hospital and they spoke with my vet and filled his prescription with no problem. And he'll be on the road to recovery soon.To Hell with this place!

Dr. Mary and her staff are wonderful. I have been taking all four of my animals to Dr. Mary for years. She not only takes excellent care of them, she takes the time to talk to you as well. She is the only vet I trust with my fur babies. I drive an hour to get to her but it is worth it. She will always make sure that she gets your pet in the same day if you have an emergency. They are the greatest!!!

We have taken Annie, our cat, to Glen Dale Animal Clinic from day one. Annie trusts the doctor and Dr, Martin always treats her gently and always takes care of her needs.

The staff is lovely and knowledgeable. They will allay any fear or concern you have. And they do follow-up phone calls to check on their patients and their owners. We drive from Washington PA just to go to Glendale Animal Hospital.

Took our cat to Glen Dale Animal Hospital Mid Aug 2017 due to his severe weight loss within 2 wks. They diagnosed him with hyperthyroid disease and prescribed pills. Advised us to come back in a month. Our cat took a turn for the worst and I took him to another vet to get a 2nd opinion. Our cat had a tumor on his bowel the size of a tennis ball and the new vet sadly shook her head. How did Glen Dale miss this?? If I had known of the cancerous tumor the month before, I would have done the right thing and had our pet put down and stopped his suffering. My pet died on the examining table on his own during the 2nd visit to the new vet. You will never see me set foot at Glen Dale again.

I have been taking my animals here for years, the staff is well informed. They take care of my fur babies, like my animals are their own. I have never been ill treated and neither have my animals. They are treated with the upmost respect and love that any dog or cat can receive.

Handled a delicate situation when our pet was old and dying. Very sensitive with our end of life with our dog. Kept things quiet and peaceful for his passing. Had been to two other vets about a allergic dog but they figured it out and we got a therapy that really works.
