I highly recommend this practice. My dog had a very serious rash and the entire staff was so willing to help, the doctor provided me all the time that I needed to ask questions, offered me all the available services to treat my dog and allowed me to pick the appropriate set of test for her. They they're very accessible on the phone to answer all of my questions and worked diligently to get my dog the relief that she needed.

Amazing doc and staff. Last time I went there was a dog that was loose(turned out to the a neighbor's dog up the street) but I went in and they acted immediately. We caught the dog found the owner and they had a small talk with the owner. Would highly recommend if your pet has any allergies or other skin issues.

My weimeraner is allergic to everything ( grass, trees,etc). Dr. Palmeiro helped get her allergies under control with twice a week allergy shots, high dose fish oil, and regular bathing). He is very intelligent and I am grateful he was able to help my dog. I would highly recommend him!!

Cant say enough good things about my experience with this vet dermatologist. I think we will finally have relief for my dog. If you have an animal suffering from allergies this is the place to go. They take their time and are very thorough. They explain everything, give you options and answer all your questions.

We offer our sincerest thanks to Dr. Palmera and the wonderful staff @ Lehigh Valley Veterinary Dermatology for seeing us through a rather difficult time. Over the course of a year, others had tried to figure out what was wrong with our Shish Tzu, but no one had any true answers as she declined. Dr. Palmera was very knowledgeable and confirmed through testing his suspicion that our dog a rare auto immune disorder. Dr. Palmera and his staff were very courteous and patient as they answered all of our many questions, and they were very caring and attentive to our dog. We are happy to report our dog is now under treatment with LVVD and doing very well. (Quakertown family)

Took my fishy here and I am so grateful to everyone there. Worth every penny plus the hour and a half drive it took to get there. It felt so great to finally get answers to all of my questions. The internet can be a helpful place and pet stores have fish medications, But hours of questions and web searches and pet store visits and worrying and stress just isn't worth it. Take your fish to the vet if you can. Everyone was so kind and informative. The doctor was so personable and wants updates! That is unheard of for the vets in my area! It is a great environment, and you can tell everyone cares about the welfare of the pets taken there. If I ever need help with my fish again, I wouldn't hesitate to take the long ride. Plus the treatment made complete sense, and would be better than anything I could figure out on my own or anything the internet suggests Also they have coffee and you can check out the pond of other fish, which is pretty neat

If you are looking for someone who knows fish and has the knowledge to diagnose and treat them, then this is your guy. I was so impressed with Dr. Palmeiro's professionalism, bedside manner and knowledge of his craft. I drove almost 2 hours to see Dr. Palmeiro because there is no one in the tri-state area who treats koi. I'm so glad I did. My koi is now in the care of an expert and will be managed to good health within an on-site fish hospital. I only wish there were more physicians who cared about their animals and their owners as much as Dr. Palmeiro does. Highly recommend!!
