Everyone here is super helpful and friendly to pets and people alike. Pricing seems reasonable and comparable to other vets. They offer premium foods at discount for multiple purchases plus good pricing on long-term meds like flea and tick prevention, heartworm, etc.

This place sucks , the receptionist acts like she's doing you a favor for taking your call ,, the vets are in it for the money only and never returned my phone calls , I never did get an appointment after 3 calls , my initial appointment cost my $160 for an allergy shot and have my cats eats cleaned ,,the whole place is very unprofessional

Amazing staff! Having to to lose a your dog that was in your life for over a decade was one of of the worst days but the staff was so nice and comforting that I can't thank them enough. My husband and I were so lost at having our dog sick and had trouble finding someone with an opening, they got us right in and we're so very kind.

Horrible customer service, horrible people, the vets and receptionist are very rude and inconsiderate. Only in this business for the money. I went here because they were on call for emergencies and my vet was closed. They got a quote for how much money they wanted, after they got their $180 for walking in, before even looking at my dog. Spent 3 minutes looking at him and said they needed another $1000 up front to do anything. Wouldn't even give me any advice on what was wrong or what they would do to help my fur baby. Only concerned about getting as much money as they can.

I had a very bad experience with another vet in town, which resulted in the rather gruesome and traumatic death of my first cat and absolute best friend. When I adopted my current kitty, I found Court Street. My first experience with Dr. Franson (now at a hospital in MA) made me a loyal patient for life! With Layla being only 5 weeks old, he made sure I had the knowledge to raise a healthy, happy little girl. He and Doctor Righter were both kind, patient, and understanding of all my questions and needs. When they found that Layla had coccidia as a kitten, they made sure I understood what it was, how they were treating it, and scheduled very frequent follow ups to make sure she was cured. I really valued how they spoke to me like an intelligent human being, and how they handled/treated her in the process. We enjoyed this relationship tremendously for three years

Great rapport with all animals brought here. The techs, assistants and vets engage & treat animals of all ages with care & develop an affection for them. Kathy at the desk truly has 10 arms as she greets you, handles the phones, scheduling, over the counter meds and so much more. Our dog boards here and literally loves to come to this facility. He comes home, never experiencing 'kennel-shock' or distress. We highly recommend Court Street Veterinary Servuces and have been a client since they first opened!

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They are more than accommodating and care very deeply for our pets. They understand they are a part of our family. Both veterinarians, Dr. Righter and Dr. Franson, are wonderful and explain fully any procedure that is needed. Moreover, they also call us at home to check and see how things are going after a procedure. The staff at the receptionist desk is friendly and always happy to help. We have received cards signed by the entire staff when losing a pet as well. WONDERFUL place to bring your pets!

After being a client of this vet for over 20 years with 4 different dogs I can truly say this is now over. Today while I was out of town my dog of 13 years and one of their clients had a very serious problem. My daughters called the vet twice and they refused to see her and told them they had to travel over a hour to see the "Emergency" even though they were open. My daughters started to head from Keene to the "Emergency" and the dog went into distress they called me and I then called them and asked once more to please see the dog. The answer was the vet was too busy and you were going to close in an hour so they did not have time. The dog could have been there in 5 minutes. I cannot believe the lack of compassion that was shown by this office. I will not recommend this veterinarian office to anyone all they had to do was help make the last hours for my family easier but they were too wrapped to help a family/pet in need!

I am disgusted by the people at the vet! I brought my 9 week old puppy in who was having a medical emergency. The receptionist was cruel, the dr even worse. They charged me $180 to spend five minutes with the puppy and I, just to tell me I need $900-1000 paid up front for any kind of treatment. Then they told me if I can’t afford it they would be happy to euthanize my dog. Very rude and insensitive people. The “dr” told me on the way out-very sarcasticly “good luck” I wouldn’t even give these cruel people 1 star but google requires it.

They took care of my Murphy from 6 months old untill he crossed the rainbow bridge at 12. They came to the house and took care of him and our family during his final moments. The Dr. And nurse were comforting and caring. They made his passing as easy as possible and we will never be able to thank them enough. They were amazing and I will always have a special place in my heart for the staff at Court Street Vet. Amazing, caring, compassionate. Love them all!

We love Court Street Vet Hospital! They take such great care of our animals, are always running on time for appointments, and will always take the time you need if you have any questions or concerns...everyone here cares, from the front desk to the veterinarian. Most recently, our dog had a run-in with a porcupine late at night and the on-call vet was there to help us promptly. She was so calm and friendly, and had Sheebah better in no time.

I started coming here over a year ago for laser treatments for my dog molly and could not believe how genuine and friendly everyone was, but most importantly they treat her like a queen. She has a lot of anxiety due to her medical history and many vet visits and they understood this and made every effort to make her feel calm and welcome. They always have her blanket and treats ready and everyone greets her as she makes her way to the back. She actually enjoys coming here. Thank you for doing more than your job! It’s obvious that you really care about the animals.

Our experience here has been exceptional! When our previous vet couldn't figure out what was wrong with our Boxer, on multiple occasions (even calling him "the mystery dog"), we brought him to Court Street Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Russett was able to determine that the ear issues were from a yeast infection and provided us with medications that helped the issue almost immediately! Our boy went from bleeding, itchy ears that wouldn't heal because the problem was "unknown" by our previous vet, to almost barely noticeable in less than a week! Dr. Russett was extremely personable, even calling to check-in to see how Brady's ears were healing, and to not hesitate to call if we had any questions or concerns. We are so glad that we found Court Street Veterinary Hospital!

After moving from CA back home I was worried where to bring my cats for vet care as they had all gone to the same one their whole lives out there. Well, the first year and a half I went here with no issues. We mainly saw the nice young man who later left this location to be a vet in MA. He was amazing. The service was great then. After he left? Not so much. The receptionists are not the nicest in the world. Especially when my mother went to get copies of the records for all our pets. They told her it would take up to a week. They also gave her a hard time about the main reason we were leaving their services. Saying, "Oh, well everyone tells us we're cheaper." So, the main reason we decided Court St. Vet is because their prices have gone through the roof. 700-1250 was a quote received for a dental on a cat with tooth extractions. 700 was if there was 0-1 tooth being removed and that was the low end quote. The most I have ever paid for that specific of a procedure was 450 (back in Ca). Just a year earlier a family member paid maybe 600 for a cat that had four impacted back teeth at court st. Prior to that one of mine who had to have allllllll her teeth removed except for the tiny ones in front and fangs? Was only 600 as well. That was a different situation because she needed so many removed. It was also at Court St. But yet cost way less then the cat who was quoted 700-1250 and ...only needs maybe 1 or 2 removed. Dr. Kristina Hewitt was very nice, yes. However when she said that a vet visit wasn't about the money but what is best for the animal, I want to know if she thought about the fact her estimate makes it look like they are gouging the owners pockets. I immediatly started calling around for estimates and all of them from every other vet in town and the next town over gave me quotes of 400-600 for their low to high. I mentioned what Court St wanted and they all had the same reaction of "What in the world are they charging for?". All of them were shocked. Needless to say, if Court st. Keeps this trend up, I see them losing a lot of clients and the other vets benefitting in the area. The only reason they are getting two stars is because when the young man was there he was amazing and they were reasonably priced then. Not now however.
