Broadview has been my veterinarian hospital for many years now. Even back to the time they didn't have the new addition yet! I would go to them if they were just in a barn! They are friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and very clean. I have my favorite Vets there but they all are great and the Vet Techs are very helpful and you can tell they love animals too. The front desk staff are very efficient and always a pleasure to deal with. I absolutely love that they are there seven days a week now. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

When my cat was sick I brought her here. I was allowed to visit her every day for a couple hours. When she finally did need to be put down a few months ago the doctors and nurses here were wonderful and allowed me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. Everyone was very kind and I even received a card in the mail signed by the staff along with a set of paw prints they'd made for me. Now I take my new kitty there for his care and I'm still very pleased with the service.

We moved to NH from Southern Maine, and we were taking our three large dogs back to our old vet out of habit. We finally decided to switch and we’re delighted by such amazing service and cleanliness. The most surprising part is that they are significantly cheaper than where we were going before. We’ve been using Broadview for years now, and as our dogs age their health problems are increasing so we’re visiting a lot more often now. Better facility, better care, better price; we can’t ask for more. I forgot to mention how much I love being able to make payments in the exam rooms so you’re not trying to juggle an anxious dog interacting with other anxious pets. Very good for the nerves.

excellent care they really made me feel like my dog was important. You'd be surprised how many people act like you're the one over-reacting when your dog is sick or cat or whatever animal you might have. The women that I dealt with in an emergency when my two-year-old puggle had a grand mal seizure for the first time ever were wonderful they cater to me and my puppy. I've never been so scared in my life and when I couldn't afford to pay the $300 bill they gave me a couple Avenues that I could take some people I could call to maybe get some help. Just in case anyone from Broadview sees this. Buster my sweet baby pug is 150% back to normal. We do believe he was poisoned my landlord went overboard with d-CON to try and kill our mouse problem. I didn't think my pup would be the same. But he's back in full effect I cannot tell you how grateful I am. Dogs cats any animal they are a true blessing it just really stinks when it seems like you have to be a millionaire just to loved one and it just goes to show you that money can't buy love, my dog would be lost without me and I guess I will go broke to make sure he is well, after all he's my favorite fur ball. He listens better than my human children. But back to Broadview, great bunch of people I never felt so at ease and felt like they were really taking care of my baby boy and that they really did truly care God bless all of you for everything you guys do on a daily basis.

Exceptional Service!!! Our 10 week old puppy became sick overnight.. I called Broadview at 8am and he was seeing the vet by 11am that same morning! They offer more to their customers in every level of the veterinary realm. The flexibility, informative classes, technical research and application is second to none. Today was my first visit to Broadview. I called for the appointment last week. The receptionist quickly put me in touch with the correct tech to discuss what services I needed and to schedule an appointment. When we arrived today, my labrador, Reme was noisy. We don't go to a clinic we have a vet that does house calls. But we needed the services of their reproductive team. The team was fantastic, they all told Reme what a good girl she was and gave her treats. She didn't care for being on the exam table and when they tried to turn her around she decided to get down. The vet was very accommodating and completed the exam with her on the floor. Our test results were presented and explained. We were checked out from the exam room and left from the door of the exam room. Very nice people, well thought out facility. We will be going back. It is a 4 hour round trip for us.

The staff was so helpful when my little pup got sick! I called about half an hour before they closed and they told us to come right in. They spent time with us and made sure to do what was needed but not drain my wallet. Thankfully everything turned out okay and after some antibiotics he returned to normal. Broadview Animal Hospital is superb. We've been taking our pets there for eight years, and their service is remarkable. Every vet and vet tech walks into the exam room having already reviewed your pets records, which is tremendously helpful in assessing your pet's current condition. The flow from being greeted in the waiting room, to seeing a vet, to getting meds, to paying is so efficient and streamlined. Every time I go there I think, "Why can't a find a doctor for ME with this kind of compassion, bedside manner, knowledge and competence?" They are so friendly and helpful. The times when our animals have had sickness or injury, the staff have always called us a couple of days later, just to check and make sure all was well. We had quote on a procedure that had a somewhat wide range on cost (based upon what they find during the procedure) only to receive a bill for the minimum cost because they didn't find anything more than they expected.

Right when you walk in, you know you’re at the best veterinarian hospital in the area, maybe in the whole state of New Hampshire! Had to take our 4-yr old Golden Retriever there after she got in a fight with a porcupine (porcupine won). The team there was amazing! They took her in right away (on a Sunday) and took care of everything. (She needed to be sedated and have all the quills taken out). While she was sedated, the vet even did some grooming (combing out some matting) since it is difficult to do while she's awake. Everyone there was very kind, caring, knowledgable, professional, etc. My best experience ever with an animal hospital.

Broadview animal hospital is great, the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I've been going to them for years, I would not change a thing! If the animal is hurt or in pain they will try to schedule you in at the latest the next day. If it's just a check up it about a 3 week wait. It's clean, there are separate areas for cats and dogs, they have a lot of grassy areas the dogs can walk outside with a dog poop bag station. My dog is normally aggressive with people she doesn't know but the staff here have such a way with animals that she is always comfortable with them- it's uncanny! They offer complimentary coffee and granola bars for people inside. The prices are reasonable. I could go on and on!

Dr. MacDearmid is awesome. All of my dogs see him (3). He listens, if great with the pups, and is very honest and realistic about the health and treatment of my dogs. He truly is the best. Also, I met Vet Tech Brian for the first time today, he was very patient and handled my dog Brady so well. Brady gets very anxious coming to the vets and can be difficult to work with. Brian immediately identified this while we were sitting in the lobby, got us into a room, and work on building a good rapport with Brady, this is not an easy task. Thank you for employing such great people that take care of my dogs.

Clean,efficient, friendly. Vets and staff very knowledgeable and concerned for your pets. My dog had emergency bladder surgery here and we were constantly in contact with the vet after it was done. She had to stay overnight and was monitored constantly. There were no complications following her surgery, thanks to the excellent care. Highly recommended.

Rufus does not usually do well with vets or vet techs but he lets them hold him. They usually have same day appointments. So far they have used a systematic approach to diagnosing ailments. They also have a streamlined approach to getting you and your pet in and out. Friendly intelligent staff.

I have five dogs and use both Milton and Broadview. Both offices are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is professional and warm. Each time I take one of my dogs the experience has been wonderful making the dogs visit positive. The cheese wize on the exam table for shots is one of my dogs favorites, not sure they ever realize they were getting shots. Thanks to you all for keeping my dogs healthy and making the experience tail wagging.

What a WONDERFUL staff!!! I had to put my cat Emma down a couple of weeks ago. The whole staff helped me out. She was 13 and sick, I was not pushed into having tests done etc. After she was cremated, I received a sympathy card from everyone there. My husband went to pick her ashes up, and the girl at the front apologized for our loss. It was so unbelievable sweet for them to think of me during this hard time. I would absolutely take any animal to see them! It is a beautiful and clean facility.
