I work for a local nonprofit, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Bailey Coach was generous enough to shuttle participants in our bowling fundraiser from Gettysburg College to the bowling alley and back free of charge. Getting these college students to the event and back to campus has always been a challenge, but Bailey Coach made it effortless! Their staff were courteous and responsive throughout the process, from coordinating logistics to driving the students, and I heard nothing but positive comments from the passengers. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a transport company contact Bailey Coach. It is a community-oriented company that provides high-quality service! Thank you Bailey Coach! Because of your help, we raised a record amount during the event!

I wanted to personally thank you and all of the folks who made our trip to Arlington Cemetery possible. We live in New Freedom and I am a lifetime member of VFW post #7012. I am a Vietnam Veteran and I have had the best 2 Veterans Day celebrations in the past 2 years ever since I returned home in 1967, thanks to you. My wife and I were on your bus and were seated in the last row, which was great for me, being able to stretch my long legs. This was my wife’s first trip and she was really moved with all of the respect and kindnesses bestowed upon all the Vets. I especially loved hearing the story of your Dad and Uncle, they suffered tremendously, but survived, I could feel the pride that you expressed as you told their story. Thanks again to you, your company and all who were involved, it means the world to all vets to be appreciated! The welcoming on our return was great, good to see so many young people there. Bailey Coach has such a magnanimous effect on the York County community and its populace. Students and I were lucky enough to recently have documented an excursion of veterans and their families to Arlington National Cemetery--honoring them for their sacrifice and service. The Bailey Coach employees were intricate and crucial to the success of the experience. The students are currently making a documentary and highlighting this devotion and appreciation of service to our country. Bailey Coach exemplifies what it means to be an American and honor individuals (and their families) who have served their country. What a great organization!

The car sent to pick us up was attractive and immaculate. Our driver, John Dickert, was prompt, courteous and an excellent driver! I am a nervous passenger and his care and skill in navigating the traffic around Dulles airport in D.C. put me at ease. I would recommend this driver to anyone! He even provided us with bottles of cold, refreshing water.

The company I work for used Bailey Coach for a corporate event to go to New York City. The driver (Bobby) was awesome (very professional, courteous, and enjoyable to talk to). The bus was immaculate. As soon as you stepped onto the bus you were greeted by a fresh, clean scent. As we were traveling from York, PA to NYC, there were several comments from colleagues about the cleanliness of the bus and how well maintained it was. Overall, we had an awesome experience and will use and recommend Bailey Coach to all. Thank you for making the travel portion of our corporate trip enjoyable!

Needed ground transportation for 6 adults with luggage for a 10 day vacation in Europe. Bailey Coach provided us with a van that accomodated all of us and our luggage quite comfortably. We were picked up at the home of one of the members of our group in York, PA and taken to the Philadelphia airport. We were dropped off right at the door. Upon our return, our driver picked us up right on time and returned us to the same home. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The staff member at Bailey was great! She arranged for everything and stayed in touch with us. The driver had our flight number and was prepared to adjust his arrival time. Finally, the price was low, and it included the tip for the driver so we didn’t need to dig for cash upon arriving home. I recommend them highly and without reservation. Peter Hartmann, MD

Update: Just completed our second charter and somehow it got better! The staff at this company is amazing and go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied. The fleet is top notch. Kim in the office was great planning our trip and the day of the trip we had Duane as our driver and he was fantastic. Can't wait to use again!

Representative Carol Hill-Evans arranged for a spectacular day honoring our STEAM Academy 7th and 8th grade students for their success with the GREAT TASK Youth Leadership Experience. Mr. John Bailey donated a magnificent coach bus to transport our students to the Governor's Mansion, Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and the State Capitol, where they were recognized during a session of Congress for their accomplishments. Excellent service. Our Women's Club has used Bailey Coach for all their excursions and have been extremely happy with the expert advice and assistance they have given us over the years. The drivers do everything that can be done to make the experience enjoyable. I have used Bailey Coach exclusively for many years. I recently held an out of town surprise birthday party for my wife. For the convenience of my guests I hired Bailey Coach to transport the guests from York to Lancaster with multiple return times. Everything went very smoothly. On the last run the driver waited an extra 30 minutes for five guests to avoid having them wait outside in the parking lot until their Uber arrived.

Do they have negative stars?? A whole team is sitting on the side of Interstate 95 right now in North Carolina on one of their broken down buses in January. The best they can do is have a bus there in 7 hours???? I am very disappointed at this line . . . .
