Me and my husband got there about dark and it being our first time got a little turned around, but thanks to Tony the owner he got us back on track. We got everything inside and we were so tired after a nice shower we went to sleep and slept so good,the bed was like heaven. And I didn't mention how lovely it was inside and you can tell how well Tony takes care of his cottages each piece he has decorated with had such a special meaning to me reminding me of how my grandmother would fix her house . By the way great taste Tony. We came in on Tuesday and left on Friday. It was such a peaceful stay and much needed rest for me and my husband.It was also so wonderful to meet Tony in person...great guy...can't wait to come back again. Enjoyed all the animals Rocky the racoon the foxes and about 7 deer. Beautiful peaceful place.Thank you so much for the wonderful time...and the Wildflower Cafe is amazing thanks again for the directions. God Bless.

Ritz on the Rocks (B) was a perfect place for a weekend getaway! I literally sat in a chair outside on the bluff and watched the valley below with my binoculars. For hours. Love the view! The cabin was just what I needed as far as being comfortable. The bed was fantastic, and the interior was funky cute. I next want to go in the fall or winter so I can enjoy the fireplace and the fire pit outside. My friends and I also enjoyed a guided kayak trip with Bill and Angie at One World Adventures. I will be back!

Private. Secluded. Peaceful. Serene.... A couples paradise. A wonderful cabin to relax and unwind from our busy lives. Watch the sun set from the porch and then see the stars on display! This cabin is Super Clean! Spotless. And there is a lot of decor to dust around. The bed is comfortable. In the distance you may hear a train. Tony called/texted back to me within minutes. He was very helpful with directions, where to eat, and places to see. This cabin is a gem!

This is not just a cabin in Mentone, it is a riverside retreat unlike any other! I could not stop taking in every detail! It is casually comfortable, yet posh!! We will be coming back!

Our cottage was beautiful and extremely clean. At the same time, the view outside was very picturesque. It was hard to tell if I enjoyed the comfort of the cabin more than the beauty outside. I was very happy that I found this place. Also, Tony made our stay at the cabin very pleasant. He answered the few questions we had about the surrounding areas and provided us with top notch service. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Ritz on the Rocks. Beautiful views. The cottage is actually a duplex with three other houses very close by. The backyard is shared by all, but this one is on the end and has private parking and a wooded lot next to it. A wall of windows next to the bed open out to a grand view of the valley and mountains below. We stayed the weekend of the 4th of July and could see fireworks while sitting outside. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we slept well after hiking at DeSoto and Little River Canyon. The shower was the smallest shower I've ever seen. We saw a fox, bats, deer, and the neighbor saw turkey and raccoons. We enjoyed our stay.

The River Rock cottage was the perfect escape for us. I loved being able to sit on the deck and overlook the river. The coverage bridge was an added gem. The entire cottage was so clean and decorated so beautifully. We felt so comfortable and at home. Tony was amazing and helped guide us to some amazing shops and restaurants. Because of him we had the best trip with the best places to go. All in all, this trip for us was a much needed reconnection to nature, quiet and time together. Thank you Cottages of Mentone for giving us such a great trip.
