Our favorite escape room experience in the Dells. You get help when you ask for it, the rooms are clearly built for the game, and the mission is thoroughly explained. Everything is straightforward, once you understand it. Staff was very kind and helpful. Hoping to visit again before we leave!

We found the overall experience to be entertaining and a wonderful bonding experience for our family. My kids enjoyed the game a lot but I found the price of admission a little too high at $29.95 plus tax. We were a family of seven and it seemed a lot to pay. The activity only lasts 60 minutes and you must pay again if you wish to start a new room. I felt there were better values to enjoy in the dells for the price paid such as a water park or go cart racing. We didn’t have an advance reservation so we had to choose a moderately difficult game because it was the only option available. Hazer was a great game master and very friendly. He explained the game and offered assistance throughout. The game seemed a bit boring at first because we couldn’t figure out the first puzzle until we received multiple clues. You will need many clues to complete your tasks and you will not know what the specific tasks are without them. However, my entire family really got into it as progress was made. I would definitely recommend a reservation if you have younger children so that you can secure an easy room. The difficult games are almost impossible to solve without multiple people working together to figure out each puzzle. At the end, we were able to solve the majority of the puzzles using clues we received from the game-master but ran out of time. We would have appreciated if the clues came more proactively instead of us having to request them as a group and would have liked more time. FYI: In order to receive a clue, every player in the room must agree to it whether or not they are in your party. I observed others be rewarded with rubber friendship bracelets for completing their missions in the allotted time but unfortunately we were not since we failed our's. Game master Hazer did take a free family photo of us holding funny signs with laughable quotes and immediately emailed it to us. I would recommend going with older children and/or in large groups if you’re going to try a difficult puzzle otherwise make a reservation for an easy puzzle if you have young children.

Came in on a Thursday afternoon with a group of 8 and did their hardest room: the Singularity. We failed, only getting half way through when the hour was up. But, WE HAD A BLAST! Our group was mostly inexperienced and ages ranged from 12 to 68. The clues we asked for fit where we were working anf gave us just enough info to keep us working. We recommend! And just because you fail, doesn't mean the experience isn't fun! Thanks to our Game Master!

Had a very fun time here with my family. The rooms really make you think. It’s was a great experience and makes you work as a team. The only disappointment was that our game master wasn't very nice and come off a little blunt and rude. She did give us decent clues that didn’t completely give it away but helped us when we were stuck! Other than that I would totally recommend this place to anyone that loves puzzles and riddles. We were 2 steps away from escaping, we did the inventors room!

We went here while on vacation in the dells as a group. we had never done one before. So we weren't sure of what to do. We spoke to the guy at the front desk who turned out to also be our game master his name was Noel. he explained what an escape room is and gave us some details of what type of experience it would be, which turned out to be quite helpful. We finished the room with a few minutes to spare, and even though it was our first time we only asked for 3 clues. the room was automated which made it super cool and the facility itself was pretty clean and well kept. This was one of the highlights of our experience in the dells thank you so much for a good time. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Went here on a vacation and enjoyed the experience. We ended up doing two on back to back days because they were really fun and enjoyable. The staff was really nice. The first time we went a girl helped us with the clues and gave us very specific instructions. The dude we had the next day gave us clues we still had to think about which I think helped make it more fun.

Did this for the first time doing the Pharoah's Revenge room. We started out a bit slow, but picked up the pace but then stalled a bit when we hit the second room. Missed a clue in the first room which slowed us down so we didn't finish in time, but we also didn't ask for any clues either. Was challenging and fun and we'll definitely do another room at a later date.

When visiting Wisconsin dells for spring break we decided to try an escape room! Since it was our first room, we decided to try pharaohs revenge. Although we were paired with another family, it definitely helped! Tyasha our game master was excellent at giving clues and helping us when we needed it! Let me start by saying we didn't solve the room in time..... Not a big deal. First we came to pay cash of over $90 for 3 people. The cashier didn't have access to give us change because the manager left and didn't give her access to the change drawer. The cashier was admittedly new, and was still learning. We started the room, and worked through the clues. We were told we could ask for more clues as we went. When requesting more clues, often there was no response or, it took over 5 minutes for them to respond. At the end, the information we were given was conflicting between the new person and the manager.

This was our first "escape room". Experience was great. Most of the staff was pretty lame. The "Game Master" was helpful and kind the whole time. Be ready for it being a "scary" experience for young kids (7 and under)... Overall, i want to do it again.

My older teen daughters and I played the pharaoh's curse storyline. Overall, it was a good experience. They really enjoy problem solving, scavenger hunts, and the challenge. There were some portions of the storyline, however, that required pure trial and error rather than any kind of rational or logical process. Given that we only had 60 minutes to complete everything, we needed several hints and instructions from the moderator in order to get past the pure trial and error problems.

My husband and I did the hardest room. The more people you have the better. You need a minimum of 3 to make this room work. It was fun but very puzzling and odd at times. You can buy beer here and bring drinks into your room so be prepared to have a good time.

After hitting water parks at the Dells for 4 days straight with a large group, my 14 year old son and I needed another activity. We have gone to about 10 different "escape rooms" around the country (Minneapolis, Orland, etc). This location was great - very new area & building. The owner/manager was super nice and helpful and I like we could take drinks into the rooms - bonus. :) They had 4 rooms. We tried PHARAOH’S REVENGE first and got out with 15 minutes left. It was the easiest of the 4 they have and liked it had a lot of interactive puzzles, not just a bunch of padlocks that need a combo to open. It had a lot of interactive things also and some symbol decoding, but not TOO much. We also did MAYDAY next and also got out with 15 minutes left - just like PHARAOH’S REVENGE we did ask for 3+ hints (not knowing how many more puzzles there were to solve). For the first time, my son actually wanted to do a THIRD room on the same day (as the others were so fun), so we also did SINGULARITY, knowing it was the hardest and few make it out - he wanted something futuristic. We didn't make it out, even after asking probably 7-8+ clues - there was a lot of reading various artifacts left around plus a TON of puzzles to solve - and with just two people it was nearly impossible for us in 60 minutes, so I wish we had done the Inventor's Workshop as our 3rd room. In summary, liked all 3 rooms we tried, staff was great and very flexible with scheduling, etc.

This was my first time at an escape room. Our group did the Inventors Workshop. It was a blast! The puzzles were a lot of fun and the employees were all nice. The guy that was in charge of our room was great. He gave a very thorough explanation of the room and what we needed to do. He also gave us great clues when we needed them. I would definately go back and try some of the other escape rooms they have! Reasonable prices.

Would not recommend, my family and I have been here twice. We did Inventers Workshop and Singularity. The first time we came we had a sweetheart of a girl who was our game master. She would interact with all of us and made the experience more fun and we came back because of her. I believe her name was Skye. She brought a new experience to us and it was something we were hoping to achieve again. The second time however we had an awful experience. Our game master was overall rude and pushed us though the room which made it unexciting and a waste of money. It truly depends on who the game master is, but because of this experience we will not be back.

Since this was my first time visiting an escape room I wasn't sure what to expect. We were in the submarine room & had a great time trying to figure out the clues & solve the problems. You'll definitely need the hour to figure out all the clues. If you want a fun way to challenge yourself & your friends this place is it.

Worst place ever. I had my partner who I was working with to "escape" and the "game master" kept telling us what to do. Go here and do this. The clues provided didn't make much sense. Game managers don't order people in an escape room to do things in a specific order because that's what they deem fit. The whole fun of it is figuring it out! I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. Save your money. Expensive and not enjoyable.
